Wonderful Service!

I recently purchased a my vehicle from Castilone in Batavia! They were wonderful! I used to work at a car dealership so I know all of the tricks and distractions normal dealerships use! This wasn't like that at all! I got a great deal for my trade in and and even better deal on my New to me SUV! I even met the owner! He was walking around talking to customers the whole time I was there! I had a great experience and I will be back!!

Service Recovery is top notch

I felt that I had to make a second review and let it be known that after my first encounter with the buying process Castilone Auto did everything to make sure that my experience was made right and whole Mike the finance manager and Amanda the saleswoman really went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal and accommodated all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this hardworking group of individuals at Castilone to everyone who is looking for great customer service.

Poor Sales Experience

Overall experience in a nut shell "Complete waste of time". Stopped by to look at purchasing a new Jeep. Sales associate asked us to come inside to see what they could do on the pricing since they were having a "big holiday sale". Fast-froward an 1 hr and 30 mins later of pure waiting time to find out what that answer was only 3,000 of sticker (which we already knew in the parking lot. so there was no big sale).

We do apologize if you felt your visit was a "complete waste of time." Sometimes these sales cause a bit of confusion as far as savings go. There are a lot of factors that go into a car sale. 2019 Jeep Cherokee

This was by far the best car buying experience I've had in quite sometime. The patience of Tracy (salesman) to the owner himself was more then appreciated. I had the Grand Cherokee in mind when I arrived, after the test drive and numbers it didn't quite fit my needs. So they suggested the Cherokee - worked perfectly size wise and made financial sense. Thank you for a great experience .

2017 Dodge m Journey

I bought a New Dodge Journey a couple weeks a from Castilone, and couldn't be more happy. Mike the sales manager was a no nonsense guy which i liked. The owner was walking the floor also which was impressive. Andrew was my sales guy and was very polite and answered every question with a smile. In all honesty though i was told the car had remote start which upon pick up, found out it didn't. So now i can't be lazy as planned i have to manualy start my vehicle. Haha But all in all it was a pleasant experience and i will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I wish they had a closer location so i could go to them for all my repairs if need be.

scammers!!!!!

They scam and distract you so they can sucker you into a bad deal. They are very good at what they do. As soon as you walk in you get surrounded by the whole family like a band of gypsies. The owner stands behind you while tthe nice old man takes turns with him distracting people while the salesman promises nonsense. Don't let them rush you into a bad deal.

Fantastic customer service!! Amanda was our sales person she was absolutely wonderful!! The process from start to finish was so enjoyable never thought we would be driving out of the dealership in a brand new vehicle!!
