DeeDee loves her Dodge Durango
After driving a 2021 Durango R/T while out of town on a business trip, I started looking for one near home. I came across the website for Castilone and saw that they had a lovely Durango SXT. We worked on the deal for two weeks via email until I decided to commit to the purchase. I provided a deposit to hold the vehicle for me. I returned home on a Friday and purchased the new vehicle the following day. I worked with Corey Ryan. He was wonderfully patient and kind with me, he entertained all of my questions and helped educate me through the options of discounts and financing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Horrible
Woman hastily booked an appointment for a software powertrain recall and stored codes. When I showed up for the scheduled time I was told it wasn't for another 90 minutes and that "it could take a few hours", they also had the wrong model of the vehicle in their system. I walked out, called another dealership and immediately received a confirmation email for the appointment.

STRESSED
Put a deposit on a used van John called 45 minutes before I was to pick it up to tell me there was problems with it so he can't sell it to me. There was still a 2 year new car warrenty on it and carfax had the buy back clause. So this was a BIG lie. They raised the price and it is still there. While in the showroom a man was waiting for the status of his new truck that has been in the shop for 2 mothes being fixed . 80,000 dollar truck to be fixed ?? They didn't even give him a loaner he is driving his old truck NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Valuable Time
Went to pick up a new used vehicle today, and called the evening before to make sure that everything was ready. I was told that everything was ready, all I needed to do was sign the paper work. I let them know that I was taking the day off to pick up car, and didn’t want MY TIME wasted. I arrived at 10:00 am for an 11:00 appointment. At 3:00 I was told that I couldn’t take the car home, because it wouldn’t pass inspection, because wiper motor needed to be replaced. Thanks for waisting 5 hours of my day. The car should have been inspected before I arrived this morning.

The service department is HORRIBLE.
The had my vehicle for WEEKS and did no work at all. Each time I would call they would say "we are just pulling it in". I finally asked how many times they are going to pull it in and was put on hold and then they no longer answered my calls. I had to have someone else call from another phone to then go get my vehicle and had to pay for a diagnostic test. They had my truck FOR WEEKS and not only did they not know what the problem was and offer to "START at the sensors for $600 and see IF that is what it COULD be" but it was there for weeks and only looked at once. IF it was ever checked. Luckily I have extra vehicles and had patience. Reviews say Sales people are great and I would hope so since they work on commission. The Service department however is the absolute worse.
