I went into the dealership not intending to purchase a new vehicle but after talking over the trade in options and cost of the vehicle I was looking at the dealership was very willing to work with me to make the deal lucrative for me. Very friendly atmosphere.

Dennis Harjer did a fantastic job when I bought my new 2017 Escape, he found the model and options that I wanted in another dealership and drove it to Grand Haven, the process took a few weeks but it was worth it, love the car. Dennis is the greatest, would work with him again and would recommend him to anyone. This was the second new car I have purchased from Ford, love the service and the staff, not sure I would go back to a GM product again.

Just completed the purchase of another new Edge. Went into the dealership not really expecting to purchase as our Edge was only 3 years old. However, we were able to purchase a new Edge and actually lowered our monthly payment. Taylor Henkel walked us through the process of crunching the numbers and when it was apparent they were coming out favorably, he walked us through the process of deciding what features we wanted. They have continued the personal, courteous service we experienced when the Redeker family owned the business. Speaking of service, we have had great experiences with the Service Department through the years. Don Blackmer has been our "service doctor" for quite a few years now. He is knowledgeable, listens to what we have to say and makes us feel that he has our best interest in mind when dealing with us.
