Ms Zervas was very knowledgable and helpful during the process of buying a car. She was communicative throughout and added a personal touch that went beyond the sale of the car. Despite the fact that I ended up buying from a private party, she did not change her demeanor or approach, which I highly respected and is the reason I felt compelled to write a review.

The staff at Preferred Ford of Grand Haven were helpful and tentative. Dave Ramos in particular, sold us our vehicle and we appreciated his up-front sales style, his eagerness to satisfy us as customers, and his overall positive personality. He enjoys what he does, and in turn, we enjoyed buying our vehicle from him!

The place was very busy, We had a great experience with Robb Gergan on the sales floor and I always get great customer service from Don in the service department. We liked the no hassel, no presure approach working with Robb. Prepared with all the data we could get, the price came within what we expected to pay. All went well.

I bought my Mercury Mariner from Dave Remersma, he was so helpful. It was easy. This was my first car purchase, and even my Mom and Dad said he was great to work with, my brother will go to Dave also when he buys next month

Buying a car was so easy! I was in just to look, and David Riemersma gave us Just the car we wanted. He had it ready, waiting, and we were so excited to be treated the way we were. It was a fun experience, and we were able to get a great rate on a car loan too, better than our own bank. both David and Jeff were good to deal with. Our salesman Robb Gergen, at Preferred Ford, knew we liked Cadillac cars, so when the Escalade was brought in he let us test drive it. We ended up getting 2 cars that day. I bought a DeVille and my husband bought the Escalade. Robb was very good at helping everything go well.

I was looking to buy a new car and mr Bill Fisher was very helpful and was able to answer every question i had about the available vehicles

I was able to get my Mustang in to have my snow tires removed and my street tires put back on with only one day's notice. Service was on-time as usual. By the way, I searched around for snow tires last fall since I drive from Grand Haven to Grand Rapids everyday for work, and their prices were by far the lowest around even compared to the discount places.

Thank you so much for servicing my vehicle! I called David Riemersma about a funny noise my new (used) vehicle was making and he helped me get my truck right in to service. Thank you much Dave! Great customer service!
