Regret purchase
It's ok to buy a car here but don't get it serviced here they have no clue what they are doing and make sure you look at the car when pick up.

Love my Infiniti!
Loved everything except the second key fob didn?t work which resulted in another trip out there and a whole afternoon for my husband. I really think this should have been tested beforehand.

I had a great experience with Infiniti of Syracuse.
I had a great experience with Infiniti of Syracuse. The Sales Consultant, Paul Weller, and Finance Manager, Leon Zurro, were patient, courteous, and professional and answered all of my (many) questions in a timely manner. I also appreciated their low pressure and straight forward approach. I had asked for a number of things to be done to the car (Infiniti Q50) before taking delivery and all were done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Infiniti of Syracuse.
