INFINITI of Syracuse

This is my second purchase from Infiniti of Syracuse, and I drive from Buffalo NY to purchase from this dealership 2 1/2 hours away because they are far superior to my local Infiniti dealer. Thanks for being trustworthy, accommodating, professional, and for pricing competitively. When it's time, I'll be buying my 3rd Infiniti from these fine folks I'm sure.

My wife and I have leased nine vehicles from Infiniti of Syracuse since 2008. We keep returning due to the excellent customer service in all departments - whether sales, service, parts, or other; plus, they sale a great product.

My experience was excellent. Representatives were available when needed and prompt in response to my inquiries.

As of the writing of this review, my wife and I have leased 8 Infiniti's from Lowery Brothers. Their sales and services teams are great. It's like you're one of the family. During our many years of leasing, we have not been troubled in the least by the product quality, performance or styling, nor have we had personnel issues. What I also appreciate is the team stability. For instance, the Service Manager has been the same one since we leased our first Infiniti.

I had a great experience. All the staff were very knowledgeable and easy to work with, no aggressive sale tactics. I would recommend making the actual purchase time at the dealership quicker

Was looking for an SUV as large or larger than my Terrain. I liked the QX60 and so did my wife. Staff were all professional and helpful throughout the process. The communication was good through the entire process.

Final meeting with Business Manager friendly, precise, without error. Vehicle was ready, clean, also without error. Drove away a new satisfied customer of Lowery Bros.
