So my sales experience 2 years ago was pretty good. The recent service visit was lucky tremendously. The car was dropped off in the morning with an appointment and we were told it would be two hours and not later than 3:00. I received a call at 3:25 asking a question about the wheels. I explained where the part was and full service on brakes was never completed. We arrived around 3:40 and still had to wait 30 minutes for the car. The car was dirty on the outside and all work was not complete after having the car for 5.5 hrs. This is why we do not go to the dealership for work.

We received excellent service at Bill Rapp Subaru on Thursday, August 4, 2022. We knew we were having a possible bearing problem and had scheduled an appointment in two weeks, however we needed the car to be able to go on a trip sooner than that. Skyler and the Service Department made this possible and our car was safe to drive.

Wash was worth the wait
When I came in to pickup my Outback, the service guy reviewing the paperwork noticed it hadn’t been washed. It was 5:05; the detailer might have left. He walked back to the shop, and 10 minutes later my car was out front, freshly washed. I appreciated the extra effort. It made a $500 brake repair bill a bit less painful.

Stress free
Great experience, from making the appointment right through to service and driving off the lot. Awesome people. Car came out cleaner than when it went in. Customer service lounge was comfortable with amenities.

Gouged
I would recommend this dealership for warranty work only. I recently was in for some warranty brake work. They did a very good job. I had to pay for new pads, but that was understandable. A day and a half later I was back because I had no engine oil. Terrible leak. The truck had to be towed, and once there they told me a hole had rusted through the oil filter. Possible if course, but why was nothing detected a day and a half earlier? Only 11,300 miles on the truck. Long story short, I had them do án LOF and replace the air filter while the truck was there. $ 190.00 later the truck was fixed. I found the price for the work performed very expensive. I will never use them again for regular general service.

Took my car in as soon as I got there for my appointment and in less than an hour my car was repaired and I was on my way. People were very friendly and knowledgeable. My Buick is one of the best cars I have ever owned . Glade to know I can depend on great service when needed.

Leased cars
Just leased a car for second time. Ulash was such a help, knowledgeable and friendly. In 3 years hope to deal with him again. I also need to mention your service dept I had to have my old leased car looked at because lights on the dashboard kept coming on happened a few time. Every time I took it in a day or two before my appointment the lights would go off. They never could find anything wrong. Till the last time. The car data recorded something and the young man was able to see what I was talking about. They never treated me like I was crazy old lady. You have a wonderful staff at Subaru dealership
