Excellent!

This was my first experience buying a car online and it was amazing! From the salesmen,Tahje and Shawn, to the manager Kyle, this experience was seamless! Customer service is outstanding and very accommodating. I love my new GMC Terrain!! It is definitely worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to do business with Bill Rapp superstore.

Service above and beyond

I initiated a call to Bill Rapp dealership mid morning on a Friday to make an appointment for a brake job. Beset by many medical appointments I was hoping to get in at the earliest time. The Service Rep was made aware of my need for a speedy appointment and was most accommodating to that need. Although he offered an early next week time, upon my appeal he managed to squeeze me on that afternoon. Including an oil change the job was done within the 2 hour time the service step, Steve told me it would take. I've been a customer at Rapp's for decades and am always impressed with the courteous service I've received. A sincere 'Well Done'.

Great experience

Salesman was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Wasn’t pushy and answered any questions I had. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a sketchy car dealership.

Oil Chan ge and tire rotation

I had my 2022 GMC Canyon serviced (oil change and tire rotation). Everything was done quickly and thoroughly and my truck drives like new. I was greeted and brought to the service writer and confirmed what was going to be done and it was done exactly as promised. Since this was my first service the oil change and tire rotation were free.
