Used Vehicle Purchase

Professional Service

The Service Department postponed my free service until next time so I could use my coupon before it expired. Then they tacked on a rebate to boot! The wait was short and the service was excellent.

EXPRESS Service

My tire pressure warning light was on but there was no visible evidence to go with it. I stopped by to have it checked out. A tire needed to be patched and some bolts replaced. I was in and out quickly and efficiently.

Simple fix took two weeks!

Took vehicle for a steering alignment issue. Went for ride with tech and repeated the problem. Week later they asked me to come back to drive it with another tech because they could not repeat it. Made a second trip up. Drove with a different tech. Drove with service manager. It was very windy that day and difficult to repeat the problem. Week later they called and advised that steering alignment was off. Was fixed and returned. Wish they could have saved me a lot of time and figured out a common issue the first time

Jay Britt is a great sales associate. I would recommend Jay to anyone buying a new car. He answered all my questions and did all the paperwork and phone calls to transfer my trade in to my new vehicle
