Excellent all around

We had Great customer service and pricing. Julie was great in helping us get into a new 2019 Buick Envision. I recommend to friends and all.

Great customer service!

The best part of my experience at Subaru was working with Julie Rotella Moore, my salesperson. I had complete trust in her as she helped me navigate a very stressful situation to find the right car on very short notice, so I could get on the road the very next day to travel to Maryland to see my family for Christmas. I am so grateful to Julie for spending the entire day helping me through the process and for her calm presence when I was feeling so overwhelmed by the urgency of my situation. Julie was a true blessing.

Bad take advantage of the people

Stay away they will take advantage of you not reputable!!!!!!!!! Tell you need repairs that are not necessary must work on commission worst service I have ever experienced. Brought to another dealership fixed right the first time.

Well done

Top notch all the way around. Had my 2018 Silverado body damage repaired and my 7500 mile service performed. They took care of everything. Very pleased with the work that was done.

Bill Rapp GMC Buick, Syracuse, NY

This is my third transaction with Bill Rapp dealership, having previously purchased a New Nissan Altima when he had that that brand and leased a Buick several years ago and recently leased a 2019 Buick. In each instance the transactions were a pleasure. The facilities were neat and clean and all employees knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent in all respects from sales to service.

Always a pleasure to work with Bill Rapp

I needed a repair done on my 2017 enclave. I was able to drop off the vehicle, get a cup of fresh coffee in the lounge, and get a shuttle to work and all was achieved with the fast friendly service of Bill Rapp. They even went the extra mile to point out the repair was covered under warranty.

Overall great service!!!

From the person who answers the phone (Marissa Pate) to the service writer ( Zack Ryan) to the service manager ( Andy Conn ) I have never been involved with a more cohesive team of professionals in the auto industry... As a consummate professional in the customer service arena awarded many service awards, I have to commend Bill Rapp Subaru for the way they treat their customers. I have a degree of loyalty to the brand and the dealership unequalled by any I have dealt with in the passed. If you are in the market for a Subaru in the Syracuse area, there is no better place to go!!!
