Outback

I was able to drop my car off for body work and also get my NYS inspection/oil change done. I was also very surprised and pleased to see my car was vacuumed and washed before it was returned to me. That was such a treat. Thank you!

Great service everytime

I was in and out within an hour with no appointment needed. The staff are wonderful! And the cost is reasonable.

Great to work with

Went above and beyond to make sure I found the vehicle I wanted the most. They even went and picked one up from another Dealership over an hour away from them so I could get it sooner. The financial person Sean was also great and went far beyond what I’ve ever seen any other financial department at a dealership to do and even could give me almost exact estimates on payments before sending everything to the bank.

Quick service

I have a 14 Subrau Crosstrek and yesterday I was coming out of the parking lot where I work and my check engine light, traction control light came on, I called Bill Rapp to see if they had any openings, they said no but I could bring it in so they could hook it up to their computer to find out what was wrong. I took it over and they got me right in and after the tech told me what the prognosis was, then they actually took my car in to the garage and fixed the problem. Turns out it was a faulty cam sensor. I am very happy with the service I have received and will be back. Oh by the way, while I was waiting for my car, I got the chance to drool over the 2018 and Thier used Crosstrek selectors. lol Thank you Jody Gluck

Great people service

Very good customer service. They provided me with a bus shuttle pick me up to go get my car. A very nice lady driver. Ever time I've gone there. They explain everything they done to my car and answered my questions. Great people.
