From the time I first visited the dealership till the day I drove off with my new car --I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Amy S was the perfect salesperson for me. I explained my situation and what I was interested in and almost immediately she keyed into 2 vehicles that would work for me. She really listened to what features I liked and the budget I had to spend. She and her team also gave me every opportunity to make sure I was happy with my selection and my purchase. I'm a very happy customer and I have told everyone how well I was treated!

With the help of Kahlil Davis I traded in my 2017 jeep for a new 2019 limited jeep that I'm very happy with! I told Kahlil what I wanted and he was on top of it as he has been in the past with several other vehicles that I have purchased and with friends and family purchases. I’ve purchased many vehicles in the past few years from Joe Cecconis and have always had an great experience. Rob Fleming was my salesman this time and was very helpful. I was indifferent on the Wrangler Jl after owning 3 Jk’s. Rob made sure to show me all the benefits and upgrades on the new model and I couldn’t help but trade my Jk in for the Jl. Even after I told him from the start that I was “ just looking” Rob still helped more than I could have asked instead of pushing me aside because I wasn’t a definite buyer at the time. I also appreciate the help from Gus in the sales department and Paul in the finance department. They were a great help with making me satisfied in the purchase and price. Huge shot out for my sales person Mark Novelli and the Joe Cecconi Dealership. With out them I would not be happier. I came in to there dealership 7 months before my Ford lease expired on my F150. Mark said we could do this.... I was doubtful.... AND I was WRONG!!!! They made it HAPPEN. I wanted a truck with max towing none were available locally but they were willing to travel over 150 miles to get what I wanted. After looking on the internet and many window stickers emailed to me. After almost 2 weeks We renogotiated what I wanted In a truck and settled on truck way above what I wanted.. RAM REBEL!! But at the price point I wanted. MARK NOVELLI MADE IT HAPPEN!!
