Very happy

Mark Novelli was absolutely amazing! He got me the van I wanted and was great while doing it! I would recommend joe cecconi dealership and Mark Novelli to any of my friends and family! Great experience!!

Mark Novelli made my day!

Mark Novelli at Joe Cecconi Chrysler was absolutely amazing! I would recommend any of my family and friends to go to him! The dealership was also great! I had an amazing birthday by getting the van I wanted! So happy!!

Excellent Customer Service and Sales Personnel

I went to Cecconi dealership looking for a Ram truck. The sales person Tony Ricco was able to find a truck with all of the options I was looking for. He was very professional and friendly. This is my third truck and I always return to them when I am ready for a new one.

Friendly Sales Staff with a Transparent Leasing Process

My lease with Chevy was expiring and I wanted to get back into a Jeep. There is no denying how reliable they are especially with the snow we get in Buffalo. I went in late on a Monday night and sat down with Amy Sabers and she gave me the details about the lease. She was incredibly efficient throughout the entire process while maintaining a friendly personality! A new Jeep was coming on a truck for me after we agreed on the lease on Monday night and it was ready for me Wednesday evening. Throughout this process Amy communicated with me via text as it was very convenient for myself and I appreciated this. My friends and family had so many compliments for my new Jeep Cherokee and I couldn’t be any happier. I highly recommend Joe Cecconi Chrysler for anyone looking to get into a new lease.

Research before you go here.

I found a vehicle on cars.com, and confirmed it was there before I drove almost 3 hours to see it. It wasn’t until I got there that I was told the price on cars.com was wrong and that it actually cost several thousand more. Now I understand fair pricing, and couldn’t argue with that. But it would have been nice to know the price was wrong beforehand. That would have been the honest thing for them to do. Then they gave me $8000 for a trade in and turned around and listed it for $13,000. I don’t begrudge them making a profit, but this feels more like being taken advantage of. My salesman Al was outstanding, maybe the best I’ve ever dealt with. But do your research before you go because you certainly can’t trust this dealership to treat you any fairer than you can enforce.

AWESOME

I was never a fan of car dealerships, UNTIL I met and bought from MARK NOVELLI! Mark made us feel comfortable, gave us viable choices and got the deal done all while keeping us entertained! The dealership itself was upbeat and welcoming. I’ll never fear buying again as long as Cecconi’s and Mark Novelli are in the business! A+++++

Pleasant

Overall experience was very good. Amy Sabers was my sales professional. I knew what I wanted before we meant as was pleasantly surprised that she exceeded my expectations. She didn’t waste hours of time but did seem very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t Hesitate and sending a friend or family member to deal with Amy.

Best Deal and Great people

Got a great deal on a used Jeep, saw the great price on-line, called , went in, and Amy helped me through the rest. I will buy the rest of my vehicles from her at Cecconi's! Awesome experience for buying a car!
