Wonderful
I worked with Renee Campbell and she was wonderful, extremely friendly and attentive. She answered all my questions and compare prices. She continued to answer questions about my car after I had purchased it. The only thing I was turned off by was that my truck roof was covered in dog hair, the oil monitor wasn't reset, and my car didn't come with a manual.

Great experience
I was looking for a new car and was leaning toward a Jeep SUV but wasn?t sure what kind. We went to Cecconi?s on a Sunday and Kahlil met us out in the lot looking at some vehicles. He worked very hard to get my fiance and I a price we were comfortable with and by Tuesday we settled on a price and I picked up the car that night. I am so happy with my new 2018 Jeep Compass Limited and was super pleased with my experience at Joe Cecconi?s!

Revision to my review yesterday
I wrote a review after picking up my new car last night, I was so excited. The car is exactly what I wanted. I picked it up on a rainy, dark night. Obviously the outside was getting rained on so I didn't expect it to look amazing, but this morning when the sun came up I notice mud in the inside of car, and I know its not from me. There was mud on the handle of the glove compartment, mud on the lock on the door handle, there was mud on the underneath of the seat. The day they showed me the car there was mud all over the inside and they did have some of the spots clean but clearly not all of it was cleaned. I believe they take their vehicles to the Delta Sonic on Niagara Falls blvd near their dealership but Delta has never done a good detail on any car I have ever owned so I am shocked that Joe Cecconi's didn't make sure the car was perfect before letting me drive off the lot. Don't get me wrong, I was happy with Kahlil and my experience at Joe Cecconi's, just super disappointed that I had to clean my BRAND NEW CAR today (the day after I bought it)!

Great place
If you're looking for a vehicle go see Mark Novelli! This is my third vehicle I've purchased from him. I always walk Away happy. My mother and daughter also purchased vehicles from fron Mark. All the staff is friendly and go out of their way to make it a good experience, from the management to the receptionist who answers the phone. Thanks Mark...I love my new 2019 Jeep.

Terrible buying experience period!
Everything about this place is a joke, The sales experience was terrible. The place NEVER has the same staff, they take DAYS to figure out a deal and in the process multiple (20+ hits on your credit) to come back to you with a deal that is way more than you previously discussed.. I went to West Herr and bought the same car with less miles and a year newer for 1200$ less and all in the same day... If you want to be ignored by your sales agent and wait days to find out if you are approved for a car, this is the place to go!

This is my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership Amy made it possible not only for us to drive out of there in what we wanted the same day but was compassionate considerate and extremely concerned with my experience as a HUMAN BEING and what I needed as well as wanted.. Not at all what others say they experience at different dealerships When they are taken advantage of...no no quite the opposite.. it was a truly amazing experience and I would recommend this dealership and Amy S. to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle; or even just some friendly advice as these people are not seeking to take advantage of their customers These people are knowledgeable experienced and put customer benefits 1st and it's very obvious that that's their priority and you just can't find customer service like that anywhere else
