Joe Cecconi's Chrysler Complex

This was our first time at Joe Cecconi's. We were nearing the end of our lease so I reached out to the salesmen that we previously dealt with at one of the largest dealerships in WNY. Long story short, apparently our business was not worth a call back from him as I felt I was doing more work to chase him down......We received a mailer from JC and decided to stop in. I scheduled an appointment and we were paired with a salesperson at random. My wife & I met Amy and from that initial meeting I knew she was the real deal. I cannot say enough good things about her. We told her what we were looking for, what was in our budget and some things on our wish list. Amy came back with a few different scenarios for us to choose from. She was extremely friendly, professional and I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to go see her!

My husband wanted to trade in his car. We knew we were a little upside down and were told by a family member who works at another dealership that they couldn't get us into a new car. Not only did Amy and Joe get us into a new car, but a better car than we originally were looking at. They understood our budget and gave us many options to try to make it fit. Just remember to bring your keys and title, because you will drive out with a new car.

Mike wolfen is a xxxxxxx manager who lies about contract deals just to make a sale. Nvr again!!! My payments are higher then what was agreed upon. The sales people here are deceitful especially mike wolfen
