Horrible Service
I will never be buying a car from here again. I was talked into buying a vehicle with a payment thats difficult to afford and on top of that I recently left it there for servicing they had my car for three days and they did not do an oil change so when I went to pick it up I still had to wait for the oil change to be done. Worst mistake of my life. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall great experience
Went to Joe Cecconi's thinking I wouldnt be able to work out a deal since I only owned my 2016 for 2 yrs. Renee told me she was sure we could work something out. Renee was very professional & has great customer skills. We were able to get me in the vehicle I wanted & kept my payment where it needed to be. I highly recommend Renee @ Joe Cecconi's when buying/leasing yout next vehicle.

I wanted to be a customer.
I'm at a loss for words. I went in 3 times trying to see truck listed here. I never got any assistance. I've emailed the managers with no reply. The key was supposed to be made yesterday and still no call. I did speak to a sales guy earlier in the week. He took my phone # and he would call... didn't happen. What is a person supposed to think when this happens? I tried. It's just weird, I was a buyer that they didn't want to sell to.

Horrible Experience
I had the worst experience at Joe Cecconi's both when I bought my Jeep, as well as when I took it in for service. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler from them in May of 2016. Not even two days into having the car and the door latch broke that closes the door. The door did not latch and swung open when I was backing into my driveway, hit the fence, broke the straps to hold the door in place and dented the side of my Jeep. When I called Joe Cecconi's explaining the issue, all they told me is that they did not sell the Jeep to me like this, and gave me a telephone number for a collision shop. Seriously!?!? Two days into owning a 28k vehicle and this is the customer service I recieve?! That is unacceptable. Oh, and I did not even mention the nightmare of the sale of the car. I went in on a Thursday to test drive, and a good friend, Tony Ricco took care of me. Knowing Tony personally was the reason I chose to purchase my vehicle from Cecconi's. Tony explained to me he was going on vacation the next day, but Renee Campbell would be the salesperson to assist me while he was away. Renee was the most unprofessional, rude salesperson out there. Not only did she talk to me like I was a child, but she made me feel plain stupid throughout the duration of the sale. I went in there explaining what vehicle I wanted, what I wanted to pay per month, and what I wanted to put down. She told me with my trade, I would be guaranteed to get into what I want. Long story short, none of that was true... I had to put an extra $2000 down, on top of the $2000 I already put down, and my payments were $80 more per month than I originally told her. It was just overall an awful experience, and I will never purchase another vehicle from there again...Needless to say, Northtown will be getting my business next.

We do apologize that you were dissatisfied with your experience at the dealership. While it is difficult to speak to your payment/down payment constraints regarding the purchase, our salesperson Renee is very popular with her customers, and receives a large volume of repeat and referral business. If, however, the interaction was less than satisfactory, we do apologize. Regarding your second concern involving vehicle accident damage that occurred after purchase, you are correct that our assessment was (and remains) that driver error caused the seventeen year old driver to drive into a fence, in reverse, and that no 'latch failure' took place. While we did (and still do) believe our assessment is correct, in a follow up conversation our service and parts director did ask to review the damaged vehicle in person to see if we could help. At that point he was cursed at repeatedly and profanely, and threatened with a 'call to the police', at which point the customer hung up the phone. Unfortunately, that did make it difficult for him to resolve any concerns. Management from the dealership is always willing to sit and review any customer concern, and we would encourage you to reach out to Mike Jensen at 297-5800x100 in order to discuss the matter further. We will certainly work to attempt to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
Awesome Dealer
Was looking to lower my car payments on my 2015 Jeep Renegade. Went to two different dealers; but none were able to help me out due to credit problems and that I still owed a lot on my 2015 Jeep Renegade. Got a letter in the mail from you stating that you were offering rebates on trade ins, so I called to check out your deals. Was told to come in and speak with a sales rep, so I made the 30 minute drive out to Niagara Falls from Cheektowaga where I live. When I got there the staff was very friendly and helpful. Your sales rep Gus was able to work with my credit problems and put me in a new 2017 Jeep Renegade for $150 lower payments than my 2015 Jeep Renegade! He was very professional, patient, and knowledagable . Thankyou!! Love my new Jeep Renegade!!

Steer clear of service department
Sales team was good to work with and I feel I got a reasonable deal on my used vehicle purchase. However, that's where the good news ends. The service department has been atrocious. The vehicle has had issues since the day I left the lot and I've been dealing with their service department for the last year and a half. A check engine light came on the day I was picking up the vehicle. I was told it was because the car was just detailed and some of the components got wet and it would reset itself once dried out. Well it didn't so I had to set up another appointment to bring back my newly purchased vehicle the next day. They "fixed" the light but the next day it came on again. I scheduled another appointment where they then found a faulty part that they replaced. So it took 3 different trips to get my new vehicle. That's not where the story ends unfortunately. I've had problems with the seat heater changing from low to high on its own, the GPS not working properly and the radio controller not working with a plugged in phone properly. The first trip in, they did a software update. That didn't fix it. Second trip in they kept it all day and I had to make my own alternate transportation arrangements. They couldn't figure out what the problem was so they ordered a new radio control module. It took 3 weeks to come in, a week longer than they told me it would take. I had to call to find out what was going on. No heads up from them. Third trip in, I had to leave with them all day again with no loaner car provided. When I asked about the loaner after all the hassle they've put me through, the girl's response was to repeat over and over that I could rent a car from them if I wanted. They screw up multiple times but won't spring for a 1 day rental???? Fantastic customer service. They mistakenly replaced my Sirius radio with an XM radio which now costs me an additional $200/year to get the same service. The kicker is that the radio still has the same seat heater issue. The service person I dealt with, David, promised me he would help me resolve all my issues. He made a promise that he would get me the new part warranty in writing (he never did). He promised he would see what he could do to offset the additional costs I'm incurring on my radio service (he never did). I made follow up phone calls to David and sent an email. All have gone unreturned and unresolved. Their response is no response, hoping I'll just go away. 1-1/2 years later and I'm right where I started and they're unresponsive. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced from any service based company.
