My wife and I were in the market for a pre-owned SUV or crossover. We called Mark and asked him to keep an eye out for a vehicle. He called us and showed us several Jeeps. He was very helpful in pointing out the features of each vehicle he showed us. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and got us the deal we were looking for. This is the second Jeep we purchased from Mark and both times we were very pleased. Highly recommended!

We had some problems with buying a car but the General Manager is a good guy and took care of them for us even in areas that he didn't have to.

Renee was very helpful and understanding of our personal situation. She was very helpful in getting us qualified for a double lease. Not once did she ever try to force anything on us and she answered every question we had. This dealer is a bottom feeder. Any good review I suspect was written by their own people. They offered me such a low trade value the three times in ten year visits. That I thought maybe I was at Dave Smith ford. I even had another dealer offer in hand. Signed by the other dealer. They told me all three visits what they could not do. Yet promised the world to get me to come in. I mean come on. They offered 2500 for a vehicle trade I already was offered 11 grand for at West Herr. They offered for a 08 Colorado in 09- or 10- 4500. I received14,300 from Paddock.These scam artists actually tried to convince me what a great deal they were offing me. I just seen a 06 Colorado they are asking around 10 grand. The darn truck has a 1500 dollar trade value. Plus, what dealer even has an old clunker like that on their lot? My suggestion is do your homework. Get the real trade value from NADA where you can itemize your value. All dealers offer base quotes. They don't pay for low mileage but deduct for high mileage. They don't pay for add-on s, but charge you huge for them. However, it has been my displeasure to have visited this dealer. They broke all over the phone agreements. And offered me far less than the KBB Car Power dealer book. That is a huge rip off for the public. My advise is you decide. All I know is I will never come to Joe Cecconi's again. Dealt with the service manager regarding a service issue we were having with our vehicle. We were treated wonderfully and had excellent service. We would definitely revisit this dealership.

Originally I was slightly mad after a few things went wrong but I would like to thank in specific Robert Barba. He worked out all my problems and allowed me to speak my mind on my frustration and thank you to him and Chris in service for fixing all my problems. Thankyou again guys.
