Renee Campbell

Renee is truly a professional. She is extreme patient and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with the purchase you are making. I had made many visits to Renee and drove multiple vehicles. Renee never pressured me into making a decision and was not pushy like many sales people I have encountered. She was knowledgeable of each vehicle I drove and never made me feel like I was taking too much of her time. Her sales approach is top notch!

Not a good experience

I have had the worst experience with the service dept. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here and the first one was never detailed or looked at before it was given to me and I had to bring it back 2 days later because it had 2 bees nests in it with live bees. I just recently traded my car in for a truck in may and I had to take it back because of a whistling noise. I made an appointment for a Thursday morning and was called back later that day by my service advisor explaining that they couldn't get to my truck until Friday and that I wouldn't be getting it back till Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. When I finally received a phone call back on Tuesday morning, after leaving 3 messages on 3 different people's phones,, it wasn't even started yet and they weren't gonna get to it till later in the day and that it wouldn't be done till the end of the week. The servive manager did what he could and had it back to me by the end of the day but it was a couple hr job and my truck literally sat in the same spot for 5 days and no one bothered to call or even work on it. This will be the last time that I bring my truck there.

Based on your feedback and similar feedback from other customers we have made improvements to our communication process to customers when they have a vehicle in our service department for more than 1 day. Any customer with a vehicle in our service department can expect a phone call with an update at a minimum once per day with a status update on their vehicle. Awesome dealer with Saleslady Renée Campbell and customer

I cannot ask for a better dealer and services employees, friendly and helpful and definitely warm. They all are not pushy at all, which is a big plus and stars.

Great experience at Joe Cecconi's

I was very pleased with my recent visit to Joe Cecconi's. Our salesperson, Carlos Hernandez, was very friendly and professional. He helped us pick out the perfect Jeep for us, and was very informative. The deal was fair and we are very happy with our experience.

Exceptional service

We Iowans were visiting Niagara Falls and discovered that our Chrysler 300 had a flat tire. AAA helped me get the tire temporarily fixed, and gave me the name of Joe Cecconi's dealership. It was a Sunday, and I was amazed that the Service Department was working. I talked with Gary and shared the make and model of the tire we needed to see if he could order one. He said he could order the tire and that is should be available the next afternoon. On Monday afternoon, I drove to the dealership, met Gary and was pleased with how quickly the new tire was ready to go thanks to his professional approach, and during a very busy time when many customers were be serviced. I highly recommend this dealership and service department. Thank you, Gary and the service team.!

Five Star service

By far the most accommodating and professional dealership I've ever dealt with. Between the service from all- stars like Alex, to the near artisan work by mechanics like Jose, this dealership makes all the marks.. Great people make great businesses.

Will be coming back for my next car

Carlos Hernandez did a fine job selling the vehicle. He understood that my time was valuable and I was able to get in and out VERY fast (just over an hour) with no hassle and with the vehicle I wanted. They really have the process down there with great prices.

After searching for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee I found the really good website of Joe Cecconi, sent my request and at the next day got an email from Gus Hammoud a sales & Leasing Professional. Our appointment was set and there he was ready for my test drive and with all the information required. Gus was very organized, diligent and made me feel like I knew him for a long time. Then when the time came to do the paperwork and round the numbers Mike Kelly a Customer Business Manager ,explained to me every aspect of the deal and the importance to by some extra protections for the time to come. I'm very satisfied with the deal and the services received at the Joe Cecconi dealership. After many year buying cars this is the best ever overall experience. With my best appreciation. Awesome Experience!

I went to Joe Ceconni's looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. I was met by Gus Hammoud who is an outstanding Sales and Leasing Professional. He truly listened to what i wanted and never once was pushy or tried to upsell me in anyway!! He was organized, professional but yet real and personable as if I've known him my entire life!! I test drove a couple of vehicles and i found the one i Loved:) He made sure i was positive about it before going forward with financing. After Gus and i had finished Mike Kelly who is an excellent Customer Business Manager went over all the contracts with me thoroughly and gave ME the choice if i wanted the extended warranty on my vehicle, again organized professional but also real and down to earth!! This was the best car buying experience i have ever had!! Don't be hesitant in buying from Joe Ceconni, go for it, you wont regret it!! Amazing all around!! Thanks so much guys for all you do!! Mr. Rebollar

Late night last week searching for a Jeep Grand Cherokee I found the very good website of Joe Cecconi. Next day ,bingo,an email from Gus Hammoud a sales & Leasing Professional, responding to my requests ,next an appointment and when I showed up he was ready with the car of my selection. He was very organized,diligent and made me feel that I knew him for long time, no coercive techniques. When the time came for the numbers & paperwork , Mike Kelly a Customer Business Manager ,explained all aspects of the contract and the value to purchase some protections for the years to come.I'm very satisfied with the deal,the car and the services received in Joe Cecconi dealership.
