Great Experience, Excellent Sales Guy!

New dodge journey

Won't go anywhere else...

We were looking for a used vehicle, and with less than stellar credit, and poor vehicle shopping experiences,were full of uncertainty as to the outcome. Much thanks to Mark Novelli and his team, we just signed papers on our beautiful used Dodge Ram! We look forward to many more years to come with Cecconis and more open doors of opportunity!

Won’t go back

Bought a 2016 Jeep Compass with crack in windshield, they said they would have it fixed. After taking the car home, We called them and emailed for over a week with no response.We had to drive there to ask about getting it repaired and they said we could go through our insurance to make a claim to get it fixed. We told them no, it was their responsibility to fix it, as they told us that teenagers came through their sales lot and shot up 15 cars and they were waiting to hear from their insurance company on handling the repairs. Finally fixed the windshield with the help of Chris in the repair shop. We went back this week to purchase a car for my daughter, only to have been low balled on trade in and the sales man didn’t want to budge. We went else where and they gave us double what Gus offered for trade in. He didn’t even try to help out with the sale. Word to the wise ...Customer Service is a must.

Desapointed

I bought a car from here same day I started having issue. I heard so many bad things about the car that choose and now I'm scared to drive it I really want to trade it in it havent been a week that I got this car and they are still trying to fix the problem. I want to trade it in. I'm very very scared of the 2016 Chrysler 200 limited. Please can anyone help.

2019 ram 1500

Just bought a new truck from a great guy Pancho at Joe Cecconis. Great guy. A man of his word and gets you into what you need. Will definitely be going back to see him soon. He definitely goes above and beyond

Joe Cecconi's, Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY.

I went to Joe Cecconi's Chrysler Complex in Niagara Falls and purchased my third vehicle from them. The salesman for all three of my vehicle purchases was Julienne "Pancho" Santiago. Pancho has always been respectful, understanding, knowledgeable, and explained every aspect and accurately answered all of my questions regarding each vehicle that I looked at including the three that I purchased. I highly recommend Pancho and Joe Cecconi's Chrysler Complex to everyone.

Purchase of 2010 Chevrolet Silverado

On 05/28/2019, I concluded my successful purchase of a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado. The primary individual who assisted me was a Ms. Paris Klaczyk, who was being supervised by a Mr. Gus Hammoud. Both individuals were extremely courteous, as well as knowledgeable on the subject matter during the ten (10) day sales process. This occurred because I had to go out of town for a few days in the middle of it. There were some initial minor, cosmetic issues with the vehicle that they had completely corrected while I was gone. The finance department was efficient in obtaining a proper loan package. Ms. Klaczyk communicated with me in a timely manner while I was away to explain where we were in the process and to inform me what still had to be taken care of. Overall my experience with the Cecconi's sales staff was a very positive one. I highly recommend both Ms. Klaczyk and Mr. Hammoud.
