Horrible horrible horrible

I recently traded in a truck that had a balance on the loan I had they said don't worry we will take care of it everything will be just fine well guess what that's 2 weeks ago they still have not paid off my previous loan and now I have a late payment on my credit report I had my previous long through my bank so thank you for that you screwed up my relationship with my bank now as well you guys do not return phone calls you don't answer the phone you don't take care of anything you are absolutely horrible with no response once we sign on the dotted line it feels like screw you so now I have a late mark on my credit report now you salted my relationship with my bank and on the one stuck holding the bag for all of it because of you clowns don't make the same mistake I did do not go to this place do not trust them drive right on by go to another dealership

With apologies, our sales manager has reached out to you to discuss this concern. We are unsure as to how or why your old bank has communicated to you that they did not have the vehicle payoff, as the payoff balance actually cleared our bank account last week, on the 11th day after you purchased your vehicle. We are currently reviewing our call system to look for any phone call that was not returned, as that would certainly not be acceptable. In the (extremely) unlikely event that Bank of America reported you as late to a credit bureau, they would have done so well under the 30 days reporting threshold that is typical in the industry. If that did in fact happen, please let us know and we will see if we can help. If there are any other concerns, we are always happy to discuss what those might be, please return our call and we'll be happy to help!

Unhappy

Make sure you when switching from one dealership to another for a lease ... that all the fees are included ... disposition fee.... the dealership did not include that .....

With apologies, we know that Renee and you called your old lease company together, and received a payoff amount on your old lease that turned out to be inaccurate. As it was not a Chrysler affiliated company, we would have no way to know that there were more dollars owed on your lease than they quoted during that phone call. In order to attempt to rectify your concern, we have paid the majority of the balance due on your behalf.

Got just what I wanted!

Mark was quick and easy to work with. He was personable and funny and made the buying experience way less boring and tedious as it usually is. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Mark!

Excellent experience

This is the second Wrangler I’ve ordered from Mark Novelli. First time was very little negotiating. Second time was even less. He gave me a very fair price on my order and a great trade on both. I never felt pressured. He made me feel very comfortable with our deal, and in a few years I’ll be back again. I recommend this dealership and especially Mark.

EXCELLENT SALESMAN

I don't like writing reviews or anything that involves essay form. But my salesman ( Rob Flemings) deserves a shoutout. He was excellent to deal with and made my sales process very easy. He wasn't pushy at all. And worked my whole deal over the phone, by the time i went to dealership the deal was done. And that's exactly how I like to buy my cars. He will definitely be the guy i go to for my future car purchases. That you again Rob!

Love my Jeep!

We always work with Mark Shirback who I feel always has my best interest at heart. He got me into a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4 x 4 and I've never been happier with a vehicle. He worked very hard for me to get me where I need to be with payments. Will recommend.

Julian Santiago is the best!

Thanks to Julian Santiago, I am driving the car I always wanted. He is a kind soul and worth spending the time to talk to. I usually feel taken or scammed at dealerships, but not with Julian. This is hugely important! He saved me time by working with me via texts and emails. He did not give off the salesman vibe whatsoever. He is an honest guy, making his living, in a town where we. too, are making our living and just trying to make the best out of it. Thank you Pancho/Julian Santiago. :)

Another Great Experience

This is my 2nd lease with working with Mark Novelli and the experience was just as great as the first. Mark was able to get me the vehicle that I wanted, at a reasonable price. He makes the experience more about the relationship than the sale itself. My wife also has her Jeep from working with Mark and we will continue to go back. Overall Great job!
