I was very pleased that the loan manager had already gone

My car was ready for an oil change, and I called and Adam

My car was ready for an oil change, and I called and Adam set me up on Monday at 8: 30 a.m. Very easy and professionally handled. I appreciate that about the service at Garber Buick. During the service, Adam showed me evidence that some filters needed changing as well, so I had that done. Next month or so I should have my transmission flushed. I am so happy to have your service department looking out for my car's needs, because I really don't know anything about what to do to properly take care of my car (except an oil change, because I am always given a reminder on my windshield). Thanks so much for all the ways Garber Buick service takes care of my car and me.

Brought my Encore in to repair passenger side door lock.

Brought my Encore in to repair passenger side door lock. Left vehicle for two days. Took it home to load for vacation and door locked again and could not be re-opened. Took vehicle back to Garber's and left it again for two days. Manager seemed distant and didn't seem to understand why my wife was upset. Her sense was that the car didn't receive proper attention initially and didn't trust that the door would not lock again.
