Showcase Mitsubishi

A month ago my car was totaled in an accident. I had a week to find a new vehicle before insurance issued my check and I would have to retuyrn my rental car. I spent all my free time online shipping for a vehicle. I planned on purchasing somthing similar to what I was currenlty driving as the rental. Toyota Camery, newer model, low miles, all the bells and whistles. I took half the day off from work the day before my rental was due back and drove to all the dealers nearby that would have something similar to what I was looking for. Dealership by dealership was a disappointment; either from their used inventory or customer service and all around experience. Didn't these salesmen want my money? I went to Showcase Mitsubishi as a last resort. I was about to give up completely, boy, am I glad I stopped there. As soon as I drove up to this dealership I was greeted with an open door and a warm smile. The salesmen were friendly and took into consideration everything that I was looking for in a new vehicle. The salesman listened intently and then asked me... "how about a Jetta" A Volkswagon Jetta was my dream car, how did he know?! I jumped in for a test drive and knew I was in love. I had to have my mom cover the fuds until my insurance check cleared. My mother is handicap and when walking down the steps she lost her balance. Not only were all the salesmen right there to help but they get her back up with no hitch, no embarassment. On top of finding my dream car these were all around decent people I just purchased a vehcile from. Any and all of my service and business will be going to Showcase Mitsubishi and I would highly recommend them for a new or used vehicle purchase.

The most amazing experience I've had when purchasing a car from a dealer. We were driving around looking for a vehicle, and stopped at every dealership in our small town (about a dozen dealerships in town and surrounding area). At most dealerships, there was at least 1 other car driving around, looking for a deal. All the people, except 1 couple, were looking at dealerships they did not purchase their last car at. When we drove into Showcase Mitsubushi, a couple drove in right behind us. They purchased their last 3 vehicles from Showcase. We found the buying process very easy, Jereme was helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all our questions were answered, we understood the buying process and the vehicle. If you're looking for a car, look no farther. You will be happy.

The service department handled my warranty claim very well. They offered coffee or a water while my wait and did the repair in less than the time specified. The service manager and mechanic were very friendly and made the experience very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership for any service in the future. They gave my car a car wash when they were done and the owner of the dealership personally walked me out to my car when it was done. It was an A+ experience.
