I brought my Jeep in to have the rear door fixed I was greeted immediately on arrival and the service writer took over immediately they fixed my door and I met the tec and he asked if there was anything else I needed and at a good price. Then my service writer told me of another recall on it she set me another appointment. It was a very good experience for me I would recommend them to everyone.

Love my new Jeep

I purchased a Jeep Willys and love it. Mike Rayl was top notch and would highly recommend him and all the employees. They are AWESOME!!!!

Car buying

I dealt with Travis and he explained everything to a T. I bought a jeep Wrangler . He was very nice and answered all of our questions.

No Hassle, Honest Lease Pricing

Saved almost $70 a month on my lease payment from identical vehicle priced at another dealership-right off the bat honest pricing. Friendly and knowledgeable, treated like friends.

Jeep Cherokee

Stopped in Thelen with my 2019 Ram pickup with the idea of downsizing. Met with Travis Fletcher. He listened to what I wanted, brought me a couple cars to test drive and I fell in love with a ‘19 Jeep Cherokee. Travis made buying it a breeze. I’m very pleased with the service he provided; and I have to mention that he is very easy to look at! So thankful.

Best Service in the Tri-City area

Staff friendly and helpfully like always. Was complete in the time promised. Still the best place to get service done on your vehicle in Bay City and the Tri-City area. I would also recommend buying your next vehicle from Thelen.

Great service experience

This was the 1st time that I used the Express Lane. It was a fast and pleasant experience for an oil change! No appointment necessary and no waiting for a service tech.

TERRIBLE

Paid $60 for a sticker that goes in the window for next oil change and never received a oil change or tire rotation , lucky when going to another dealership they told me I had the original oil filter from the factory and told me to take it back on who did my last oil change because my filter would not come off ,,mind you it was a brand new vehicle . SMH
