Thelen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Kia

Let me get straight to the point, I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership. To say my experience was pleasant would be doing a disservice to anyone that is reading this. The sales manager and I agreed on an out the door price, then when I received the paperwork, I noticed there was a documentation fee of $220...I was then told that the state of Michigan requires this fee, after some research, I found out that wasn’t the case at all. It is a fee that the dealership charges not the state. I reached out to the sales manager Zane with my dissatisfaction on the topic and his only solution he had for me was to file a complaint with the state. You would think as a business this is not the reputation you want to portray to a paying customer. In the grand scheme of things, $220 isn’t a lot of money, but what I am concerned about is the lack of customer service this gentleman had. Instead of doing the right thing, and removing the fee, and potentially gaining a repeat customer, he dismissed me. I was just a number to him. It’s disappointing this was my experience, and that this business does not value their relationship with their customers. I hope this review brings awareness to other customers who may fall for any of their scams. Regretfully, One dissatisfied customer

I really liked that they were able to get me in right away for my oil change and even the oil change was very quick!

As a disabled person I’m so appreciative of this dealership. They took the time to calm my concerns and just listen. Asked for what I was looking for and when they didn’t have it? Went and found it! My neurological disability is really hard to manage and can be very debilitating and affects certain parts of my mobility. If I had received the manual transmission another dealer wanted to sell me, it would have been very difficult to drive home. Travis had great insight to the automatic choice and my needs as a customer. The manager noticed when I told him I was going to parts to see about side steps I needed to assist in getting in and out my vehicle, he also directed me to a special program for that. Travis went well and beyond my expectations! It was an incredible experience I’ve not had before at any dealership. My gratitude goes far beyond just this transaction alone. I was a priority and made to know it. I highly recommend this team!
