Great Service!!!

Jennifer Hollenbeck was a great sales consultant to work with. She made the process of leasing a new truck fast, easy, and enjoyable. We would recommend her and The Bergstrom Team in Oshkosh. Steve Sauer also made the financing process easy and was great to deal with.

Bergstrom's is the best plce to buy a car

All personnel was very pleasant and helpful with all of my needs and questions. Bergstrom's is a great place to buy a car.

Great buying experience!

My wife and I went to Bergstrum to purchase a new truck for our new business we are starting. The salesman showed me a few options, left my wife and I alone to talk, and wasn't pushy at all. We started the paperwork late in the evening and decided to return a few days later. We walked in, signed a few papers and the truck was ours. This was, by far, the best buying experience we've ever had!

Outstanding Dealership

I get a knot in my stomach anytime I have to enter a dealership. I expect to be lied to, to be ripped off, to be quickly forgotten once a deal is done, etc... In other words I expect the worst. My dealings with Bergstrom have given me a whole new faith in dealers. We saw a car on-line, called on it, got every piece of information on it that we requested in a timely manner. Got quick response to followup questions (which were many). We worked with Brian who was an absolute gem. We drove 180 miles to check out the car. It was exactly as described, probably better. The price was more than reasonable. They put it up on the hoist at my request without any issue though it was near closing. And they completed the transaction so that we could get back home even though it took them well after closing to do so. Steve in finance, was as accommodating as Brian and made completion of the sale easy finding us a great loan. A month and 1/2 after purchasing the car we totaled it hitting a couple of NY deer. Steve worked with us to get a refund on our extended warranty. Customer service like this is to die for in any type outfit, but to find this with an auto dealership, at least from my perspective, is incredible.

New Sierra

The entire process was nice. From finding the vehicle online to negotiating a fair price, Paul was great to work with. Bergstrom has gone above and beyond, in my estimation, to treat us very well and make the process as convenient as possible.

Great service, clean facilities

Always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Bergstrom. The team is always friendly and polite. This time it was an oil change and check into a tire that wouldn't hold the right amount of pressure. Your team pulled a nail out and saved the tire. I was kept informed as to the progress and not left waiting wondering what was going on. From the "drive into a clean, dry garage" service to a car wash in the end, who wouldn't want to go to Bergstrom?

Grea experience in buying my new Equinox,

I was treated respectfully by all the staff especially Mike H. I was not pressured in any way and felt that everything was explained to me in detail. The cleanliness of the building was very noticeable. Kudos to Mike Henke and Steve Sauer for making this such a knowledgeable experience.

Even though I was back so often, everyone treated me very well and very willing help me out. I am very happy they finally found the problem with my car and fixed it.

took my 2012 impal ltz in to get air cond.checked

just bought a 2012 impala ltz.i did not think the air was working as well as it should.calle to make appointmen to get it looked at.app. was at 8:30,got in right away.they nsaid about i hour to check it.i waited.in about one hour was done.chad took care of me.did a great job. thanks roger.

Service for my car

Very friendly employees. I took my car in for a recall and oil change. I was very surprised by how well they cleaned my car. They told me they were going to wash it well I didn't know that included cleaning the inside. My car looked wonderful. I was bummed that it rained the next day but at least the inside is still sparkling.
