It was good I like when they come out and give u up dates I like that the dealership has a freindly faimly feeling and I like that ur open early to help cater to the 3rd shift hr people. Good job guys and gals.

I came in to Bergstrom Buick without an appointment with a tire losing air. I was greeted politely, advised to take a seat in the waiting room, and told promptly what was wrong (pinhole in sidewall). Two days later I received a call to stop in and have the new tire put on the car. A+ service.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and unfortunately a plug in a tire because I had a nail in it. The tech offered a rebate and when he went over the recommendation of needed tires, I felt completely comfortable with what we decided.

Paul Christman has always done an EXCELLENT job and was great at explaining every option of our new SUV. We especially like his no-pressure approach! We have had exceptional service in all areas of this Bergstom dealership. We know we can always come back if we have questions.

I came in for an oil change and told them I couldn't find my coupon and then found out it was expired. They still gave me $5 off though. I was greeted right away and everyone was very friendly

I was taken care of all around! Dan was great to work with and they got my car fixed in the same day. The shuttle drivers that picked me up and drove me home were friendly polite and accommodating! Thank you Bergstrom!!

Had oil change, tires rotated and heater checked. Loved that the courtesy car picked me up at home when car was completed. Chad went over everything. Was completely satisfied.

Great experience as always! I was under the impression that I needed a tire rotation, but then was advised that I did not... which ended up saving me money. I just feel like they are truthful and only try to "sell" what you really do need.

I was treated courteously, promptly, and was called by name. I feel I received excellent value for my dollar. I was even given information about a rebate!

It was a very busy day at Bergstroms and the work on my car was done in time promised. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and polite.
