Service is timely and done well.

I was told that the service would take around 2 hours and it was done in two hours. I bought my 2010 GMC three years ago from Bergstrom and I come in for my oil changes and other services. I travel 45 miles for your service. Maybe that will tell you how I feel about your service.

Esay as it gets to purchase a vehicle!

Everyone seemed to go out of their way for us. Steve Helphrey was very thorough & a wealth of information! He knew his product! Kudos too to Mike Hammer- who sold us the first 2 of 4 vehicles purchased at this Bergstrom location.

Average

Oil Change, tire rotation and inside air filter change took a little longer than I would have liked. Filter was $44 not including labor. Wow, way too expensive!!!!!!

Great Service and pleasant surroundings

Express Service was completed quickly. The waiting areas are always very pleasant and all of the Staff are very polite and friendly. It is a nice experience and I left with a secure feeling that my auto is well taken care of and, therefore, it will take good care of me. Thanks!

Schedule oil change service

Service was for a simple oil change and checkup. Claimed to check my tires for nitrogen service levels, recorded it at 5 lbs low on all tires and did NOT service them. Because servicing with nitrogen can not be done by the home mechanic, it renders our compressors useless for filling tires. I expect this to me done at my regular vehicle service interval. Am I wrong to expect this?

Quick Service

I was able to get in immediately for my oil change and tire rotation. The only thing I noticed was that my oil monitor was not reset and it took me awhile to figure out how to reset it.

Purchased new 2014 Terrain

Bergstrom was able to find the Terrain I wanted and had it delivered in record time. Jennifer did a great job as always, getting me the best deal.

Wonderful Service

Very pleased with how I was treated. Very helpful and pleasant personnel at Bergstrom. My car had to be towed in and they were wonderful about getting to it and informing me about what needed to be fixed. Dan is always very pleasant to work with.
