Fairly painless for buying a car!

Bought a used 2013 Honda CRV. The salesman was very helpful and sent info and pics before I made the drive to Eugene from Roseburg.

Excellent sales and finance staff

I was referred here and was not disappointed. The salesman was friendly and helpful. Most importantly he was realistic and kept expectations reasonable. No promises to be disappointed with. He did a lot of leg work with the finance team member and got a good deal sorted on a barely used vehicle.

Well I thought I was happy.but now that I got up on the freeway with this car after paying cash.The car has a vibration n the car.after changing the rim.it was warped bad.Saturday I drove it and still vibrating.I called Joe immediately. No call back.So I left a message.still no call back.it is 6 days later and I leftva message for Joe.Seems to me,Joe called every day checking to see if I was gonna pay for the car.now that I am having vibrations on the auto.the service tech drove it Mon.2-22-16.he states its the kind of tires.and the hwy.and the mirrors are Manuel and they r supposed to shake.what ever.led Schwab says no not at all should that b happening.just because they are those kinds of tires.and mirrors.what ever.Still no call back from Joe.got my money though.be careful and drive your auto on the freeway before buying it.I didn't get to.

They helped me so much!

Steve listened to me about what I needed in a new car and got me everything I asked for and I love my new car. Tanner was also a big help with all that paperwork.

My Buying Experience

My experience with Lithia Nissan was most pleasant. I dealt with Steve Herron and Dennis Dietrich. They made the whole process timely and painless. Steve even drove clear to Salem and back to get me the vehicle I wanted. That is customer service at it's best!!!!!

Oil Change

Good service, as usual. Had oil changed. Had to take car back in because oil was leaking onto the ground. Bad oil filter replaced.

Excellent dealership

There were 2 surprises......#1 No appointment needed, #2 Speed of service. Excellent service and I will be back. I highly recommend this dealership! For many years I have said that if I needed to buy a new car, I have a favorite dealership. That dealership is too far for me to travel at this time. I now have a new favorite......Nissan of Eugene.
