He always makes me feel that my requests are never too much trouble to be taken care of by him or questions that I ask are inconsequential. OK, first of all, Kid Issac was great! He tag-teamed with fun Randy and we appreciated their "show." Dennis(?), real first name Robert, out finance guy, was cool too! I THINK we got good deals. The GF and I each bought a 2015 Altima in the same week, using the same people. ALL the sales people seemed polite and fun, BTW.
