Overall, I have enjoyed Nissan Lithua of Eugene. Last year,there was one instance where the brake lights were not properly installed. They accidentally installed single filament lights rather dual filament lights. I would continue encouraging paying attention to detail. However, they usually fulfill my requests without hassle. I appreciate their friendliness and service. Thank you!

I want to share my genuine appreciation for Gio Salazar at Lithia Nissan, who went far beyond what I ever expected during a recent service visit. What could have been a frustrating and expensive experience turned into one where I felt genuinely supported, and that’s entirely because of Gio. When I brought in my vehicle due to serious transmission issues, the warranty company initially pushed back. But Gio didn’t stop there—he took the initiative to research the issue himself, gathering the technical information needed to build a strong case. He kept fighting on my behalf, and when progress stalled, he even escalated the matter to management to make sure my concerns were fully heard. Thanks to his persistence, professionalism, and deep knowledge, he was able to get my transmission fully covered and replaced under warranty. On top of that, Gio ensured I had a loaner car so I wouldn’t be without transportation while everything was sorted out. He kept me informed throughout, never made me feel like a burden, and treated my situation with the kind of care and urgency you'd hope for from someone working on their own family's vehicle. Gio Salazar is a rare kind of service technician—skilled, compassionate, and deeply committed to doing right by his customers. I’m incredibly thankful for everything he did, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing service at Lithia Nissan.
