Great service!!!

i have an old 1985 F-150 pick up that i just purchased and i knew it was in need of some serious work. so, i took it in to have it serviced. Tammy was my service representive and she did a great job of keeping me up to date on the work they were doing and the costs of the things that they were fixing.I was also E-mailed itemized forms of the work they had done and work that was suggested to be fixed.the next time i take it in i already have a complete list of the final work that needs to be done. I am impressed with the staff and all of the work they did on my truck. I would recommend them to anyone, they were great to deal with. Sincerely Myron Mason

great service, outstanding facilities

I am completely satisfied with the service and product at Kendall Ford, all the personnel that work there are very helpful. I would like to mention the service person that l delt with and the sales rep Neil that help me. I brought my 2011 Ford edge in for service and left with a 2014 Ford edge. Errol Simonson

Service Driver - The Best

I usually have a great experience at the dealership. People are friendly, helpful, etc. I did want to let you know that your service driver female (I forgot her name), is wonderfully helpful and a keeper. She is an asset to your dealership.

Great Service

Your service crew is such a great team, and pleasant to deal with. You put other car repair shops to shame. I appreciate your transparency and fair prices. I never feel ripped off there. You don't do anything unnecessary, but you do just what you say you will do. It is actually a pleasure to get my For Transit Connect serviced every 5,000 miles.

1st service for Ford Fusion

This was the first time I had to take the Ford Fusion in for a service. I was not sure where to go and what to do until I saw someone to ask. I had a questions about the wheels on my Ford Fusion and that should be resolved next time I take it in for a service. That was good to know. I asked about the Syncmyride and felt someone could have checked it to see if it would work for me as I am an older person that would have been an excellent and going above and beyond service for me personally. Other wise I got the car back in about 45 minutes as promised and was called on my cell phone to say it was ready.

Alex was more than just helpful; he was proactively helpful!! Just off the plane from our home in Hawaii, we picked up our Escape at Eugene RV Storage on a tight schedule. Arriving at Kendall early for our appt, Alex jumped to work and got us on our way in jig time. It is that kind of service that brings us back every time to Kendall in Eugene.
