New battery needed.

I needed a new battery in my F-350. I did not need an appointment and I was back on the road in 45 minutes. Staff was professional and the coffee good, thanks.

Repair

This was the second time back in 3 days to fix an exhaust issue with my truck. The customer service was great both times. It was frustrating to come back twice and miss valuable family time out of town. This isn't a customer service issue; it is a Ford DEF issue, but I digress. I was treated very kindly by staff, which did help ease the time I had to spend waiting. Thank you!

Great service

Your service was good, staff was very helpful. I have concerns about ongoing oil leak that was fixed and has returned. Everything else was very good

My 2014 Jeep Rubicon

I went to Kendall Ford to schedule an oil change for my 2014 Escape, saw a Mustang Convertible that caught my eye but decided against it. I mentioned I was thinking of trading for a Rubicon so while looking around he brought the 2014 Rubicon around and that was all it took for me, we already have a 4 door Rubicon but I wanted MY Jeep back so I made the deal & drove away with it. I LOVE my Rubicon. The deal went very quickly
