Pat Jones is an excellent salesperson. I had a bad experience the same day at another dealership *cough* (Kia) and I was feeling disappointed about the whole experience of looking for a new car. But Pat was so nice and helpful. Also, Les went to bat for me on the financing part of it. I love my Ford Escape!

We were able to get our truck in for service on a moments notice as we were passing through town on our way home from vacation due to we had message that the oil needed changed soon. Everyone was very helpful and very nice. Never have had any problems at all; as always McKie/Rapid City South Dakota! Awesome!

I bought a 2011 Taurus as a school car for my high school daughters (central HS). Tom Anderson and I have been friends since junior high school, he is someone I know to be honest and trustworthy, and have been talking to him about a used car for more than a year. I came into the dealership last week, still looking for the right used car. Tom reintroduced me to Pat Jones, salesman, whom I have also known since high school. Pat and I visited about what I was looking for, went through all the options, and narrowed it down to the Taurus and a Nissan. After test drives by my self, my wife and my daughters, we decided that the Taurus was too good to let go, my daughters were the tie breaking vote between a deadlock between my wife (NIssan) and myself (Taurus). Great dealership, beautiful facility, great staff, and my daughters loved the Pac Man video game, they had never seen one of these before.

My wife was preparing for a cross country trip when the Check Engine light came on. She called the Service Dept, made an appointment for the next day. She arrived just before the appointment time and the vehicle was checked, problem fixed plus they conducted a very thorough inspection assuring her the vehicle was ready for the trip. Thank you.
