My wife was preparing for a cross country trip when the Check Engine light came on. She called the Service Dept, made an appointment for the next day. She arrived just before the appointment time and the vehicle was checked, problem fixed plus they conducted a very thorough inspection assuring her the vehicle was ready for the trip. Thank you.

Discouraged
Sale!an took me to the car I was after. It was still in detail. Started it, sounded good then test drove it. Had issues with missing while in drive. Claimed they repaired, drove again and it still had the same issue. Salesmasn told me, we that's what to expect with discount row cars, let's look at newer cars. No car should have a problem when you drive it off their lot. Will not recommend that particular sales rep.

Fantastic Service!!!
My salesman, Matt Day, was very helpful as was the rest of the staff. A very powerful thunderstorm rolled through while I was at the dealership and while we were waiting for the weather to clear many members of the staff asked if I needed anything. Matt was also very patient explaining the technology features of the vehicle as I've never owned a vehicle with so much tech. I would happily recommend Matt and the staff at McKie Ford to anyone that I know looking to purchase a vehicle.

Had our F150 serviced. Great service! Helpful staff! But someone forgot to put the next service sticker on our window. No big deal! Just nice to have it to check back on.

Great Facility. Satisfied.
Service was good. Not a big fan of the quick drive up type service but will continue to use. Wondering why it takes so long to update service history on website. Had service done June 10. As of today June 15, it has not been updated.

Friendly staff
