Ford Fusion

The service was wonderful. I got my car a new hood in a day sooner than expected. They also washed my car and it looked beautiful.

Customer Service

The reason for the visit was to check out an noise but go figure - the noise never happened while I drove the service rep around the lot. Left the vehicle and within the day I had my vehicle back - but never could find the reason for the noise. Thanks Hank for arranging for a car while the service staff checked out my 2017 Escape.

15,000 mile checkup

Service rep went out of his way to assist me in getting a loaner vehicle. I was disappointed with the length of time it took to get my appointment for service. It was almost 10 days from the time I called until my service date for an oil change and tire rotation.

Very friendly no pressure and knowledgeable

I purchased a 2012 F150 from Ripley and Fletcher and was very impressed with the quality of the vehicle. They currently service my 2012 mustang and again I'm very impressed with them.
