Great service, easy to deal with, no pressure.

All of our dealings with Ripley and Fletcher have been positive. I just don't give out 10's as I think everyone has room for improvement in whatever they are doing.

Good job

The job took a little longer than I'd hoped, but it was quality work, done right the first time, and the bill was about 10% lower than I'd expected. I'm happy with the service.

a MOM

Thank you to the staff at Ripley and Fletcher Ford for servicing my daughter's car. She was 2 hours from home and didn't know anyone in South Paris, but a shop owner gave her the name of your dealership. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Her car was fixed and she was able to continue on her way home.

Excellent service

Overall the customer service was excellent. I went in to schedule an appointment and left only to lose power in my vehicle. I called, was told to bring my car right over and they took care of my car and had it back to me in 24 hours. Very pleased.

5000 mile checkup and oil separator installation

The work was done with quality and no wasted time, and I was able to watch and ask questions. I hope to be back this summer to get some aftermarket parts installed.
