Everything went well.

Everything went well. I just wish Buick still gave an auto manual with a $50,000 car. It is a lot easier to be able to look at a book to understand all about my new car which is very different from my 2014 GMC Acadia. The sales person was very nice to work with.

Was absolutley satisfied!

Was absolutley satisfied! Made an appointment for 2 pm was there at 1:30 the service writer squeezed me in early I was back on the road at 2! Two of the best things I have done is to have purchased a vehicle from Varney's and to have started having service done at Varney's they are the best! A winning team!

Varney is the closest gmc dealer to me so when my truck

Varney is the closest gmc dealer to me so when my truck had a flashing check engine light several service messages on the dash and running rough I gave them a call. They stated it would be a week ish until they could get me in which is reasonable but that?s where the story goes down hill. I requested a loaner vehicle while mine was in for warranty covered work and I was told no we do not give loaners unless you purchased your vehicle from us. Long story short a family member works for gm and made a few calls to find that is not the case and I then was provided a loaner. I brought my vehicle in and the service department was rude, had an unprofessional appearance and where making jokes about a person that just missed their warranty window while other customers where standing in line. Fast forward to pick up time my truck was ready I brought them the loaner back and they simply handed me my keys and said have a good day. When I asked what was down to the vehicle they said I don?t know. Then frustrated I asked where my vehicle was parked and the response was not sure in the parking lot somewhere, so off my 3 year old and I went to find my vehicle. The truck did not have protection on the seat, steering wheel or the floor it also did not receive the oil change they said they would perform. I did not make it 24 hours and my check engine light has returned. In short this was the worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere. 2023 gmc sierra with 14,xxx miles

Service traction control

The brakes were really bad on my Acadia to the point that when i used them the traction control would turn off. So i had them fix the breaks and it solved the problem. I appreciate that the service rep was in constant touch with me throughout the repair and the car?s breaks are now like brand new again.

Amazing Crew

I called in to service because I was going to miss my appointment unfortunately. They worked in my truck for the inspection, had the shuttle bring me home and back up there. The bill was sooo cheap and the guys were Amazing!! I only go here and will continue to only come to Varney Buick of Bangor!!

Great Experience

I hate buying vehicles, the process is always long and I don't enjoy being at the dealership all day. Chase Bosse in sales made my experience enjoyable. He had the vehicle pulled up and full of gas before my arrival. We had discussed price over the phone and he had info ready for me to look at. Great experience overall.

Never again varney gmc

Very poor service. I had a 2015 GMC Sierra that would shake and vibrate. Three different people told me word for word , normal operating characteristics of vehicle. Then told me my (new) tires were bad. Finally there is a class action lawsuit. Buyer beware.. varney GMC will lie to your face and sent you down the road. Knowing there is a problem they can't fix. I will never buy from ANY varney dealership and tell my story to anyone that asks.

very fair and to me most importantly fast and do no waste your time. extremely nice and do what they say. I would recommend to anyone
