Jess Ford is the best dealer to work with. Wayne and Jim were excellent! We flew 1100 miles to Washington just to work with Jess. They picked us up at the Spokane Airport and drove us all the way down to Pullman to buy a low mile unicorn 2010 Sport Trac Adrenalin. Their attention to detail is top notch. Wayne's general concern for our driving back to Colorado in the middle of the winter speaks volumes as to the type of service you'll get there. They not only treat you as a respected buyer, they treat you like family! You can immediately tell their team loves cars, loves to sell cars, and loves to satisfy their customers. They don't waste money on a flashy show room. They work with you to get the best deal with the best service, and they know you'll be back because it's the best buying experience. I can't thank Jess enough for getting us the car we needed and all the care we received at the price that was great! A+ guys. Excellent!

Great Service Work
Pickup went in for a vibration. Staff was very helpful in obtaining a loaner vehicle for me while my parts were on back order. When the loaner vehicle I had failed by brake failure, Jim Jess and Andrew Seaman did great of getting me a new vehicle right away and towing the broken down vehicle. When the service shop finished my pickup, they also were able to provide an oil change the same day when asked. Great job by Jess Ford of Pullman!!

Excellent operation in a small town
I have been a Ford man since my first car. I have purchased 10 new Fords in my life, most being pickups. The local dealership has been under three owners since I moved to Pullman in 1984. Under the previous two, each new vehicle was treated as if it were the only one in the world and that they were the only Ford dealer in 1,000 miles, so they pretty much held to MSRP and low-balled you on the trade. Jim Jess came to town after purchasing the dealership. Almost immediately, you could tell that he knew how to operate a dealership in a small town. Coming from the family's other dealership in Grand Coulee, he was a veteran at making people happy, donating to local charity, and being actively involved in the community. In 2013, I was in the market for a new Super Duty. I gave Jess a shot and ultimately, because of a $3,500 difference in a deal with 2 trades, ended up buying the truck elsewhere. They gave me their best shot and they couldn't quite make it happen. There were no hard feelings between us and Jess serviced the vehicle from the day it was new. I fell in love with the 2017 Super Duty and started to shop. I always shop to at least two dealers when I have a trade just to be sure that I am not being low-balled on my trade. This time, I shopped it at a high-volume dealer in a large city close by. I took those same numbers to Jess, and within an hour of working every angle, they had found a way to make it work for me, saving me about $3,000 from the large dealer. I was out of there in less than 90 minutes. They are a no-pressure dealer, yet people come from all over to buy there. Sometimes, because we are in a small town, they can't offer you nearly as much for your trade as a city dealer can, especially when it isn't a Ford. When that happens, there are no hard feelings and they still treat you well when you come in for service and warranty. But, as evidenced by this purchase, they will do everything they can to make a deal happen. I am loyal to them always, even if they can't make a deal work. I will always give them a shot at every deal until I am gone. Excellent sales staff, excellent F&I manager, excellent parts and service folks, and most importantly, an excellent owner who creates the whole atmosphere that makes the place what it is. Thank you Jess Ford and staff.

Jess Ford Super Duty
Great Job w everything. Ordered the new super duty and had several challenges in figuring out how to order the specific options i wanted including a factory looking two tone paint job and fenders flares that factory didnt offer anymore. Everuthing was done perfectly and i couldnt be more satisfied. No hassle deal, too.
