After taking my truck to a couple different mechanics they were never able to figure out what was going wrong with it. After a five-minute phone call y'all knew what was going on. Here on out I'll only go to you guys to get my truck fixed and when you're ready to purchase a new rig we're gonna go through you guys

F-350 diesel. Service rep clear and organized. He said he would call soon as the needed warranty part arrives. Jim Jess changed the tv from mindless ch6 morning crap to ESPN. Great move.....

Routine oil change.
AS always, my experience at Jess Ford was great! All of the employees are professional, helpful and friendly. This time I had an oil change and some other questions. All was taken care of in a friendly way and a timely manner. I am disappointed that a wash is no longer part of the service. I understand your concerns. Another dealership we know of has customers sign a waiver. Maybe this could be an option. Thank you, Billie Watson
