Truck 25K servicing/oil and filter change
The service was good as usual except I am disappointed that they do not provide complimentary vehicle washing anymore. Anything that the dealer can do to provide this service would be great.

good vehicle selection, excellent customer service

Super service!
I bought my pick up at Jess Ford in 2013. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Since I am three hours away, I normally do not bring it up for a service. If there is something more that needs attended to, I bring it to Jess Ford. The service department is very capable in fixing the problem. They always give me a dependable "loaner" while I wait. Customer Service at its best!
We originally went in looking for a truck for my husband but I walked away with an F150 for myself. This was the smoothest vehicle purchase experience both my husband and I have ever had thanks to Daniel, Tommy, and Jeff. We'll be going back to purchase a truck for my husband! Great service at a good price
I was treated fairly by Andrew, we negotiated a reasonable agreement where the dealer made a reasonable profit and I received a reasonable price. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this deanship and will continue to do business with them as long as I feel like a valued customer that is not taken advantage of. The entire deal took less than a half-hour to complete, and I am very satisfied.

Service was great! However, I was surprised and disappointed that you no longer wash vehicles as part of the service. Was used to that being part of the service. Also, car is taken care of by Ruth, not Earl. Was glad to use WiFi.

Great service
Your staff is very nice and helpful. The only thing I would have liked was if my vehicle would have be washed. I have had the oil changed at other dealers and they always wash the vehicle.
