Had a great experience with northwest Mini. I had been to multiple dealerships with Honda, Toyota and others as I didn’t have my mind set on what car I’d get before I got there. These guys were very knowledgeable and by far the best service I’d received. They knew all the car features and invested the time to educate me. Bert was my sales person and he was super responsive, helpful and a nice guy. Since he was new, I appreciated that he deferred to others when needed and the whole team worked together to answer all my questions! I liked that it was a team experience. Every person was great. Oh yeah and my new mini is awesome! I love the car, so much more fun than anything else I have driven!

Wanted a 4 seater convertible and there simply aren't many out there. Found out about the minis....and the rest, as they say, is history. Terry and Mike didn't sell me thing. Just let me peruse my options, and I ended up with a used (all of 10K in miles!) 2017 that I am truly in love with. Great car, great experience from start to finish! Go buy one....

Mike and Terry were awesome! Wanted a convertible and they didn't have to sell me at all. I sold myself. Thought I was destined for a new car but as it turns out, better fit with an "used" one (2 years old, 10K miles!). Great fit for me and my wife! Highly recommend dealership and car to anyone!
