Outstanding sales and service!

Northwest Mini has been nothing but wonderful to us! They truly care about their customers and they are very honest. The service dept helped us earlier this year with our older Mini that needed clutch work. The work itself would have been over $3000 but they offered to sell us a service contract for about $1000 less than the cost of the repair that covered that and service for the next 3 years! After we were in an accident we went back to them for a new one. The one we were looking at had a sticker price $4000 over what it was actually selling for and we didn’t know that. Steve was honest and told us the lower price and we ended up buying it. Fred in finance was great too. They made the whole process fast and simple. They are not pushy at all! We are highly impressed and will return to Steve to purchase again!

Onto our 3rd Mini - Steve Zilkey is awesome!

We love dealing with Northwest Mini, service and sales are exemplary, highlighted by working with Steve for our 3rd mini. He made the sales process easy, hassle free and a pleasant experience. Great dude, great dealership.

We bought another Mini because of the first one

We're owners of a four door S model, and were in the market for a second with automatic and standard (not sports) seat. Our sales rep Steve showed us several 4 door options both new and used, then noticed I was rather tall, and suggested I try out a two door to make it easier to get in and out. I noticed the difference and comfort immediately, and we went on the buy a two door automatic with standard seats which is what we were looking for. Well done.

Comfortable, fun, experience...

Liked Steve from the first hand shake. Funny, knowledgeable, and a superb listener. Stopped in just to see if I could ever fit in a Mini. Came back the next day and bought our Hardtop. Steve's fault...all the way. We felt very comfortable, and secure with Steve's approach to selling. Didn't feel like we were buying a car, just having a fun afternoon. Thank You, Steve Paul n Marla

Best Auto Dealership Experience

We went in to trade a vehicle for monetary and future life decisions. While we were there we never felt like we absolutely had to purchase a vehicle, but more of a welcoming experience were it felt like family. In my 11 years of working with dealerships on purchases with vehicles Steve has been the best person to go to. When it come to purchasing another vehicle we will make the trip from wherever we are just to work with Steve or the dealership.

Pre owned and spotless

We came in for an annual service for my Mini Roadster and all the pieces just fell into place, no stress, no pressure, exemplary service

Mini #4

We are now on Mini #4, and Steve has sold us the last 2. We live near Seattle Mini, but have chosen Northwest Mini for our last 2 purchases, mostly because of the friendly staff and atmosphere at Northwest Mini. Steve is hands down one of the best in sales!

Ethical, Honest, and Just Plain Nice!

We have been going to Northwest Mini for servicing of our 2009 Clubman since mid-2014, when we moved to WA from CA. We have been extremely pleased -- not only with the service, but also with the honesty and code of ethics that are evident in every interaction. When the time came to look for a new car, there was no question that we would go back to Mini - and to Northwest Mini! This is our first repeat purchase of a new car - ever. Terry Soumis was sooooo helpful in finding our new car - no pressure, no back and forth walks to the finance office to supposedly "make the best deal." He gave us a very fair price on our trade in, and all the discounts he could muster up. And Business Manager Fred Kravich makes signing all those papers as painless as reasonably possible. All in all a pleasant experience. How refreshing! We highly recommend Northwest Mini!

Thanks 2018

We just got our 3rd Mini from NW Mini Cooper in Fife....We started with Brandon when we ordered our new 2018, step by step, question by question, Brandon was absolutely the best in guiding us through the process. Before we knew it our new Mini was on its way to us. Once it arrived, we found our it sitting in the showroom waiting for us!!! We would really like to thank, Brandon, Fred, Rich and their staff for having our 2018 shined up and ready to motor. As much as we liked the 2012, 2015, this 2018 is new and improved, quiet on the road, smooth on the drive and exciting interior upgrades. We are happy to be Mini motoring again. ________________________________________

Steve Zilkey is Best!

Steve understood exactly what I needed and made it happen within my budget. The entire process was hassle free and the most pleasant experience I have had in buying a new car (I have bought a few). I loved my old mini, but my new 2017 Countryman is hands down the best car I have ever had. Steve took care of all the details over the phone and I received the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly, highly recommend him. Angela McGinnis
