We came in for our 2nd mini and received not only a warm welcome back, but also received friendly, inviting, informative, and efficient service from Steve, Brad and the entire mini crew. This has now for the second time been the very best experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. If you are thinking of trying out a mini, this is the place to go!

I stopped into Northwest MINI to test drive a few cars. I wanted to either get the "MINI" out of my head so I could move on to another type of car or decide I wanted a MINI. I had a few more cars on my list, so my plan was to test drive a MINI and move on. My cutie, my dog and I showed up. We were met by Steve Zilkey and invited in. In fact, our dog was invited in too. Water and dog biscuits to boot. Steve listened to us, what I was considering, our concerns, as well as our wonderings. He gave us some thoughts and then he put a set of keys in my hands, my husband and my dog in the car, and we zipped off to see if I would like a MINI. Well, I liked the MINI. I really liked the MINI. I test drove 4 vehicles and settled on the one that felt right. I didn't even bother moving on to look at the other cars on my list. I was treated like an adult. Steve is exceptionally knowledgeable about the MINI and he spoke with ease and clarity about some concerns my husband brought up. It was simply one of the easiest and best car purchasing experiences that I have had. Brad Davis came to support us through getting ready for financing, negotiating price, etc. It was just such a pleasure to work with them both. I know I will be back.

Over the years I have experienced the full range of car dealers from pushy new car dealerships to "sleazy" used car salesmen. This one is neither of those, really a good dealership. Very straightforward and helpful, I really felt like their goal was to help me get what I want, not to use me to get what they want. Great experience with their internet sales department Mike and Terry. Friendly and accommodating.

I've bought a lot of cars in my years. This was by far the best experience. Traveled well out of my way for the great reviews and the good deals and it was worth it. Steve Zilkey is outstanding and makes the car buying experience fun. I also can't say enough good things about about everyone at the dealership from Jeff the manager to Fred in the business office to Manfred the owner. They're positive and professional. The dealerships in my area are now part of a big chain this independently owned family business is a much better experience.

This is the second car I've purchased from Mini and Brandon. I found the car I wanted told Brandon what I wanted to pay for it on the phone and email. I put money down on the car and picked it up two days later. When I went to pick it up they didn't pressure me on extras and had a better interest rate for me than my credit union. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Most of it was figuring out all the new bells and whistles on the car. Great experience thanks Brandon.

I just bought my second MINI from Steve. I had such a great experience the first time, I wanted him to be our sales person the second time. Steve went out of his way to answer any questions to make sure we had the best experience.

We walked in with a list of "want to see" cars and Brandon was a most excellent "host"! I knew going in that I would be leaving with a car, new or used! Brandon put up with us and answered all our questions! Best car buying experience...Ever! I am now a very happy owner of a New Mini Clubman!

Went in to look, Brandon was awesome and totally helped me with what I needed and I found the car I wanted, the process was fast and easy and right to the point

"No Really, I am just looking" , "I never buy a car the day I see it", "no that's not a car I want to drive, only this one". These are all phrases I didn't need when shopping for my Mini. I didn't know I was shopping for my Mini, I had driven on on a used lot in Olympia and wondered if there were others I would like. Found out that NW had multiple manual transmission used Mini's on the lot, Then I left, with just his phone number...I couldn't get the Mini 4 door Hardtop out of my mind, but I needed Stripes and I needed to know I got the best price. We looked online at 4 states worth of cars and found no better price. Then Steve met with us and we designed the red stripes that would customize my PepperWhite Mini and make her mine. I am over the moon in love with my car, Steve is more of a matchmaker than and salesman...Fred in finance was amazing and the unveiling experience on pick up day was incredible.
