Northwest MINI

I dropped my MINI by Northwest MINI for a wash while I was in the area. I couldn't believe how nice the car looked when I picked it up. It was cleaner than the last time I had it detailed by my detailer. There had been some specks on the inside driver side of the dash that had remained there after the last 5 washes. Not any longer! These guys got them out. I was delighted. What really impressed me most was that they noticed my Sirius radio was not connected (every new car comes with a one year free subscription) so they connected it and left me a little post-it note on my paperwork with the username, password, code number and phone number at Sirius should it ever disconnect again. Nice touch guys! Thank you.

Call Brad, he'll set you up on Sales. Bert is the man in Service. Overall, it's a great dealership. MINI leases are priced too high, but that's not their fault.

I purchased a 2012 Mini Countryman from Northwest Mini. Tim, one of the salesman first showed me the different models and than offered me a test drive. Being a previous Mini Cooper Hatchback owner, he described the differences and definitely gave me a lot of information. The layout I wanted wasn't in their inventory, so Tim went into the networks of Mini dealerships to find me the closest configuration available without having to order one. I used a discount I got from being a member of Costco and financed through BMW. BMW almost said no because they wanted more down (there are a ton of accessories on the car I picked), with Tim battling for me and myself saying I was ready to walk, they agreed to my down payment. Overall excellent experience, dealer and sales were outstanding. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

Purchased a 2012 Mini Countryman All4 at Northwest Mini at the beginning of June. Went in looking to learn about Minis newest offering and found myself quite happy about the driving experience. I had a great salesman in Tim. He gave a no pressure sales pitch and was available for questions over email, phone and in person. Prices are high but a tad cheaper than the dealer up north. Also you have to remember you get great service, awesome resale and an overall wonderful buying experience.

They are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. Loved my experience. No pushy salesman just staff to answer all of your questions. Would definitely go back to this dealer for my next mini and recommend them to everyone.
