Northwest MINI

I have bought a fair amount of cars in my life and every time I have the sales people are so back and forth between myself and the sales manager that the pressure to just agree to a deal is more out of fatigue than enjoyment in he new car I just bought. I must say that this is most definitely not the case here. This was a quick process where I was in and out of the dealership in no time. They let me do a test drive by myself which made me even more comfortable with my decision to buy. I would like to thank Jason immensely for his help and patients he showed while dealing with me and his sales ability while helping numerous other clients at the same time. Mark Sandau was friendly and anxious to please. The price was "OK", but that is just a general statement on car prices in general. This car was a special order and we had a bit of a mixup on the stripes (they didn't come on the car as ordered). However, Mark was ready to have the stripes put on as we waited. We decided that we actually liked the car better without the stripes. But, if you do order a Mini, be sure that you go over the build sheet multiple times to check the correctness. This is our second Mini. The "fun factor" is a real plus. I would not hesitate to recommend Northwest Mini.

My recent experience is purchasing a new MINI from Northwest MINI was a very pleasurable. Rocky Matranga sales approach was to make the customer knowledgeable of the fantastic attributes of the MINI and let the customer decide on which model and options were best. Rather than a high pressure sales pitch, this was a very enjoyable experience. I selected my new MINI and custom options with Rocky's helpful advice. After placing my order, I especially liked the capability to track my car on the MINI web site from the time the order reached the factory in Europe until it arrived at the delivery center in California. As advertised, my MINI was ready for pickup at NW MINI 8 weeks after placing my order. The car was in flawless condition and I could not have been happier with my selected options. Rocky was extremely helpful in going over all the equipment and functions of the various controls. The final step was to finalize the paperwork with Diane Steeves, the finance expert. Again, this was a painless and efficient process. I drove away as a very happy new MINI owner.

Rocky is a great person to deal with when looking for a new car. I had come in during the last hour of the day and Rocky was about to leave but he saw that I was waiting and others were still busy with other clients and so he offered to help me. He was very friendly and listened to my needs. I told him what I wanted and he helped me see what the countryman would offer. He was very patient with us and not trying to rush us. He and Brad stayed quite late that evening in order to help us get a deal we were happy with. I have dealt with other dealerships where folks are very pushy and inflexible, but Rocky and Mini were very different. A nice car buying experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was by far the best experience we have had with buying a new car. Everyone made it so relaxing, unlike any of our other high pressured sales experiences. When we left there we felt completely satisfied with our purchase.

Wow, I don't even know where to start. I showed up on a Sunday before they opened and it was raining. When all of the sudden the clouds parted the sun shone down on the most incredible "little" car i've seen in a long time. You get the picture. It was raining and it started to let up for a minute so i got out of my car and saw my new car. I went inside and met Steve Zilkey, he took me out to see the car and (no pressure at all) explained everything to me that he knows about Mini's. Now those of you that have met Steve have had the privilage of his VAST knowledge of "his" cars. I say "his cars" because he treats everyone of them like his babies. Steve knows his stuff. The staff at NW Mini was great. When you walk in the door you feel at ease. You feel very welcome. And when you leave you almost feel like family. Not the "Oh man I don't want to go to Aunt Hellens for Sunday dinner" kind of family, but the I'm glad I met you kind. Northwest Mini is an easy place to purchase a vehicle. No high pressure sales, just friendly employees who seem knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot (which is not true of all dealerships). Rocky, Will, and Shane were very easy to work with and I would absolutely recommend Northwest Mini to anyone. I will certainly be going back if/when I purchase my next Mini.
