Previously bought a car from Rocky and was pleased to see...

Previously bought a car from Rocky and was pleased to see him when I walked into the dealership. Rocky helps take the stress out of buying a car - I will definitely recommend this dealership and Rocky in particular to anyone looking to buy a new car! Dianne, the business manager, is also incredible!

We love Mini's and we loved working with Rocky. We went...

We love Mini's and we loved working with Rocky. We went crazy and bought two at one time, a 2012 Countryman ALL4 and a 2009 tricked out Mini Cooper S. We live and breath horses and these cars are so perfect for our treks out to the countryside where our horse competitions take place. Rocky and NW Mini treated us with such kindness and professionalism and really took care of us. Prices and financing were great and we know we can rely on their team to help us keep our cars clicking along, as they can sometimes take a real beating with our lifestyle! We would reccomend them to any of our good friends who are looking for a Mini, new or preowned. Thanks Rocky!

Brad Davis and Mini Dealership at Fife

Brad is the guy for you if you are interested in test driving a mini! I have now bought TWO minis and I would highly recommend the dealership at Fife and also Brad Davis. It is a wonderful place to buy a car. They definitely do CUSTOMER SERVICE right!

Five stars for five reasons... ready?

1: Will. The first person I met at Northwest MINI. I used the Costco website to contact the dealership, and Will called me within an hour. He set up an appointment and was able to see me that afternoon. He was a great introduction into my car buying experience. Granted, I did not buy my car at this time, but he provided a wonderful foundation, which led me to return to the dealership in a few weeks, where I met reason number two. 2: Brad. Unfortunately, when I returned to the dealership Will was busy, luckily for me, Brad was available. Brad took me on a zippy test drive and I fell in love... with the MINI, of course. He then proceeded to explain every option to me in detail. Lease or buy? Black or white? Cooper or S? Options, options, options... Give a girl more than one choice and she is going to have questions, and I had tons! I'm sure he was annoyed, but he never acted it. He was patient and put me at ease. 3. Diane. She's the finance manager, and she is great. Again, like everyone else at NW MINI, she is full of answers! Also, she is quite magical with numbers. Thanks, Diane! 4. Enough name dropping, let's talk about the place in general... Pet friendly? Check! Clean? Check! Inviting environment? Check! Good snacks? (let's be honest, it matters) Check! Aesthetically appealing? Check! Unpretentious? Check! 5. Lastly, my experience was so pleasant, that I can't seem to stop going back to NW MINI. Every time I stop by to say hi, I am greeted by friendly faces (Hillary and Tim... dang, name dropping again), asked how I have been, and am given a genuine interest in my MINI. I feel like part of the MINI family and could not be happier with my decision.

I've had my heart set on owing a Mini since my sister...

I've had my heart set on owing a Mini since my sister bought her first one back in 2002. I drive a Tahoe and with the gas prices going up nightly, it seems, we decided it was time to look into buying a Mini. I was a little nervous and reluctant to start the process of buying a new car. I made my sister come along the first trip to NW Mini for moral support, what a wimp I was!!! But, as soon as Rocky approached us, my silly apprehensions melted away. From the very beginning, Rocky was friendly, easy going and fun, and there was never any pressure to buy!! It was a three day process before we purchased our Mini and Rocky was great through it all. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about Mini's. I felt very fortunate to be able to work with Rocky. I would highly recommend him to family and friends, or anyone who ask where I bought my Mini. I would like to thank everyone at NW Mini for taking out the stress of buying a new car. NW Mini has such a great vibe to it that starts when you walk in the doors, very upbeat and fun! Thanks again, Rocky!! You are the best!!!

NW Mini is One of a Kind

Our family has never had a better car buying experience. Brad Davis is the best! We have never had a question go unanswered. We really feel like we have a relationship with everyone there (Brad,Shane,Bert) and trust that we will always be treated right. We love this place and these cars so much that we have sent other family members in, and they RAVE about it too! Nobody will top the service or quality at NW Mini.Love my little green Mini but... can't wait to get the Sportster next. Thanks everyone. Teri & Curtis M

I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it...

I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was to deal with Jason and Diane. I never believed a car purchase could be such a pleasure. I didn't believe that there was a car dealership that in my opinion; beyond excellent.

Northwest MINI+ Brad+a New MINI=Great Experience

I've always liked MINIs but with 2 teenagers, a husband & 3 dogs, a MINI was just too mini. Then last year MINI came out with the Countryman, a 4 door AWD vehicle. I ordered one despite never having even driven a MINI before--but several of my friends had MINIs that they loved. Brad Davis was terrific to work with--he helped me order my Countryman & helped make sure that it was exactly what I wanted. I ordered it and had it built exactly like I wanted. Brad kept me in the loop every step of the way. Finally it arrived, and the hand off was great--Brad explained and demonstrated everything. So far I have owned my Countryman for a year now, and I've had an extremely positive experience every time I've dealt with Northwest MINI. I look forward to many more years of fun ownership of MINIs!

This was my second MINI that I have bought from NW MINI. ...

This was my second MINI that I have bought from NW MINI. The first was a previously loved 2007 Cooper S Hatchback that I bought in the Spring of 2011 as my first MINI. The new one is a 2012 Cooper S Hatchback. As luck would have it, I had the opportunity to work with Rocky as my Motoring Advisor on the new purchase. Rocky is well versed in the world of MINI and drives one himself. Rocky was/is a pleasure to work with and put up with my antics with a smile. Both of my buying experiences have been zero pressure and fun (try that, at your local Toyota, Ford, Chevy, etc...). As a matter of fact, everyone at NW MINI has been cheerful and customer oriented. NW Mini is the bomb!!!!

Doesn't matter what the issue or reason is for heading into the dealership, you feel like walking into a second home where everyone remembers your name, greet you with a smile and chat casually with ya while you wait for service on your mini. Even saw a dog bowl on the floor ready for someone's pooch to relax by the watering hole. Love my advisor Mark Sandeau whom even sent me my first Happy Birthday! Mmmm feels like family :-)
