Northwest MINI

Our experience at NW Mini was so different than any other time we have dealt with car dealerships. The showroom is fun with lots of "eye candy" and we were greeted immediately by friendly staff. Steve, who is just a warm and friendly guy, helped us and answered all our questions, then took us on a fun and informative test drive. Then we needed to go home and think about it. There was never any hard sale or pressure. My husband called ahead a few days later to find it was Steve's day off., but Steve insisted on coming in. My husband is the one who purchased the car, with no hassle, so easy! Then he brought my brand new Mini Countryman to my work to surprise me!! I love my Mini and the entire experience! Thank you Steve!! "Shout out" to Fred Kavich who walked us through the final paper work, as well as Brad Davis, the manager, for his assistance and Joe Narr for his initial help. Steve Zilkey made the car buying process one of the best I have ever had. No high pressure sales, lots of helpful, honest suggestions, and no hidden surprises. I'd been looking at the MINI's for a couple years, and finally took the plunge, so glad I did! I really enjoy coming in to NW Mini. Everyone I've worked with remembers my name and my mini and say hi when I come back in. It feels like being part of mini community of fellow mini lovers rather than a dealership that's trying to sell me products or services. I also trust the dealership. I feel like their main concern is keeping me as a customer long term and they aren't going to jeopardize that by cheating me or taking advantage of me (which is something I'm always on the look out for because, sadly, too many mechanics and dealerships take advantage of women, particularly younger ones). NW Mini has won my heart which is why I bought my newest mini there and, when the time comes, I plan to buy my next mini there too.

Our advisor Mary Forck was enthusiastic and patient and really did a great job to find us just the right car we were looking for.

From test drive, to purchase, to service, Northwest Mini is fantastic (and worth the drive from Bellevue to go to Fife rather than the OTHER local Mini dealership). Everyone is friendly and technically knowledgeable about the cars, and genuinely excited about the product they sell.
