Northwest MINI

My Family and I went to Northwest Mini to check these cars out. We were met by a young man named Kyle Harrell. We will be going back for our Mini needs once we pick ours up. We will also be back to purchase a newer one sometime next year. Here's our story and my many Thanks to Kyle and NW Mini. I just wanted to extend to you a HUGE Thank You from me and my family. We are purchasing a 2004 Mini Cooper S from a friend however, he lives in California and we are in Washington. So my wife, kids and I wanted to check them out in detail. We went to Northwest Mini in Fife, Wa. on Saturday 8/27/2016 (it was a hot day) to check out the Mini Coopers and to see if our kids would fit and the more important component to see if my wife would like it and like driving it. I’m pretty sure we expressed all our excitement when we came back from the first test drive. On the second test drive, which was a 6 speed and a little newer model, Kyle met us in the parking lot with some water. We are so excited to get our Mini and look forward to purchasing one hopefully next year sometime. I have been to many many different Car dealerships and have bought many cars and going to the Mini Cooper Dealership and working with Kyle Harrell was such a blessing to us. We were super impressed by his knowledge and excitement for the cars but also the laid back, chill attitude and character that he displayed knowing that we were not going to buy a car that day. We have been VW people most of our lives and I feel the winds changing. We loved the Family oriented atmosphere, family owned company there in Fife and absolutely no pressure to buy a car. As we were leaving I told him that we are flying down to California this next week to pick up that 2004 Mini Cooper S and he said to me "Send me some pictures and call me if you have any questions about anything." And that's exactly what we are going to do. I look forward to working with Kyle in the near future and again want to express our appreciation and say a big THANK YOU to Kyle Harrell for his professionalism at Northwest Mini.

We recently purchased a MINI from Northwest MINI...how fun! Our agent, Brandon Barlow was superb, knowledgeable and fair. The finance director Ron Buchanan really worked hard to get us the best of every term available. The whole Northwest MINI team made us feel welcome and we are excited to be part of the MINI family!

Everyone was friendly and informative. No high pressure tactics. I was allowed plenty of time to let things soak in before signing a my lease.

We initially visited dealerships in the Lynnwood and Edmonds area with the intention of finding a deal through the Costco Auto Program. We had a specific look in mind, convertible, black body & wheels, brown leather interior, but weren't finding it. As a shot in the dark, we chanced a visit down to Tacoma and found Terry and Mike to be knowledgable and exceedingly patient. We waffled between a classic 13' ice blue and a new 16'. My husband surprised me with making a new 16' as a birthday gift and we couldn't be happier. The most difficult part of the entire process was the wait ;) I absolutely recommend them and encourage folks to make the drive. Ask for Terry or Mike. P.S. Ron in financing was fantastic too. Answered every question I had and bent over backwards for me.

Both Steve and Mike helped us with the purchase of our 2013 Cooper S, and we left feeling like we had just made two new friends. They were attentive, honest, respectful, and just downright nice. Everything you have come to NOT expect from the car buying experience! These guys set the standard.

Steve Zilkey was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He followed through on everything he said he would do, He was friendly and attentive and we had a very great experience purchasing our MINI and left feeling good about it. ,

Steve Zilkey made the process of buying a car fun and enjoyable. To tell you the truth, we were dreading car shopping. But as soon as we found Steve our dread turned to excitement. He made the process of driving and choosing the right car for us fun. Thanks Steve, for you knowledge and passion for minis. In turn you made us love our mini and are proud to be mini MOTORers.

In short, this is my second Mini purchase from NW Mini! My first was in 2005-06 and again this spring of 2016. The process was seamless, easy and tidy. NW Mini has a great team to help every part of the selection process to the purchase. Steve Zilkey knows his Mini information! He was the example of what a team player!
