Best Dealership Around!

We love NW MINI! Brandon was a tremendous salesperson, and everyone there worked so hard to make a deal for us; even despite showing up an hour before closing after being turned away by Seattle MINI (horrible experience for another day). We not only walked away with a brand new Clubman, but it was nicer than the one we had originally looked at in Seattle, AND at the monthly payment we asked for walking through the door! Have bought 4 cars from NW MINI since 2005 and will never buy from another dealership again! Thank you!!!

Terry made it easy...

Terry was knowledgeable, easy to work with and no sales pressure. I was only in NW MINI to check out a Countryman I saw online but Terry turned it into a pleasurable buying experience.

Perfect Auto Buying Experience!

I took our cooper in to have some work done. I was not looking to purchase but was curious. I thought man, I do not want to go through this whole ordeal just for curiosity and thought what the heck. I briefly spoke with Steve and let him know that I was interested and I wanted to see, 5 different options with pricing. Very promptly Steve had the information ready. We checked out the cars and I was ready. On a side note, a little over a year ago I had an identity theft issue that Equifax was the last of the 3 bureaus to have yet get resolved. I explained this situation to Steve and he had advised Ron. I had let Steve & Ron know where I needed to be for finance and that was beat by 2 points. There absolutely was zero pressure during the entire experience and was actually enjoyable. Prior to driving off, Steve walked me through the car and let me tell you; he knows the Mini! The follow through with having the car prepped to our liking was outstanding as well! Would highly recommend and only hope that my customers have the same type of experience dealing with my company!

Fantastic Experience

There was no pressure; just pure, genuine excitement. Everyone involved was absolutely respectful of our time, and worked as a team to make the experience as quick and efficient as possible. I left with a certified pre-owned MINI fully confident that every option had been explained, not just regarding the car, but related to financing, service package options, etc. I have no doubt I'll be a customer for life.

Came Home With a New Car from Northwest Mini!

My husband and I were looking to get our first new car. From the moment I called the dealership to set up an appointment, to the moment we drove off the lot in our new 4-door Mini, Brandon was fantastic! We were given the time we needed to test-drive, as well as privately discuss our options. We never once felt pressured - and this was a relief! We are so happy with our choice to join the Mini family, and we are glad to have done so at Northwest Mini. Not only was the customer service top of the line, but we had plenty of snacks and beverages to tide us over as we waited for the paperwork. Highly recommend!

Great place, easy to work with

I chose this dealer after a negative experience with the dealer closest to my home. I had shopped for a convertible for a year and had narrowed my choices to a Mini, a Fiat, and Buick. I test drove multiple times (except not the Buick) and then did online research on pricing. NW Mini was exactly as it represented itself to be. I ordered the exact Mini I wanted, at good price, no fuss no muss and I am excited to be receiving it in January or so. So, although I haven't actually technically purchased it as it hasn't arrived, I am 100% happy with the experience. The only drawback is that it is about 40 minutes down the road. However, I did not have to go in to the dealer to make my order. All was done electronically via email.

great

Bought 2nd mini at northwest mini. Had Mike and Terry help us get the car we wanted. They had many calls and emails to us for questions. Manager Jeff also personally helped us with calls and emails. Brian at genius bar answered questions also about high performance options. Ron at finance was nice and went through his part quickly. We ended up with a great Park Lane countryman with John Cooper options. There is a lot of communication even after we bought the car. Thanks, Ron&Mollie

Amazing Experience at NW Mini

I can honestly say that I have never had a "fun" experience at a car dealership, usually far from it. My wife and I wandered onto the NW Mini lot and to our surprise, we weren't mobbed by salesman. After about 10 minutes of wandering around Steve came out and asked us if we had any questions. We told him that we knew nothing about Mini's. He was so excited to show us a Mini and what made a Mini a Mini. We picked out a ALL4 Countryman and took it for a test drive. After the drive, we talked to Steve about cost and left. Never once was there even an implication of pressure. I called Steve the next day settled on a price, came in and picked up the car. This was truly a great experience. Steve, Jeff, Brandon, and Fred truly epitomize customer service and integrity. Please stop in and see them, you won't be disappointed. We are ecstatic to be a part of the Mini family.

Terry was phenomenal

NW Mini isn't the closest dealer to me: Terry made it worth the trip. Based on my experience elsewhere I was resigned that MINI wouldn't work for me, but stopped in since I was nearby. Terry took the time to understand my needs and to figure out how they could be met. He didn't give up and went the extra step to make sure I got the configuration that worked for me even when the computer balked. 'Nuff said. Time to motor!
