Bent over backwards to finish repairs on time
I live in Valdez and was in Anchorage for a single day. I needed some work done on my Chevy Aveo which was pulling hard to the side when breaking and accelerating. Unfortunately all of the Chevrolet dealers were telling me they would need 3-5 days to do the repairs. With my options running out I figured i would give these guys a call and explained my situation. They told me they would do what they could given the time limit and the fact that this was not a Chevrolet dealer. They replaced the upper strut housing, tie rods and performed an alignment. They resealed my transmission pan and did a flush. They also gave me some advice on another issue that had cropped up recently. I dropped my car off at noon and it was finished by 6 that day! Needless to say they were a lifesaver and now my car drives without pulling to the side. I dealt with Mikey who was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Keep up the good work guys!

A good buying experience
I am not a shopper I am a buyer. When I determine that I want to purchase any item, including vehicles, I just want to be able to go to the store and get what I need at a fair price and not waste any time getting the deal done. That is what Matt did for me when I stopped there after work this week. We talked about what I wanted, looked at vehicles that met my requirements, took a test drive, agreed on a price, and closed the deal in about an hour. Alex got me through the finance part of the deal in the next 20 minutes so in total I was at the dealer less than 1 1/2 hours and came out with a new truck. That is my description of "a good buying experience".

I can not believe how easy Calista Ross made the buying process for me. I was able to do everything over the phone or through email. When I came into town all that was left to do was sign the paperwork. There was no hassle and no pressure. Calista listened to my needs and found my Dodge Journey for me. 2008 Jeep Liberty over heat
I have 2008 Jeep Liberty Sport it overheat due to the defected water pump. I only make 1 phone call to the Jeep services Dept. my problem was taking care in same day I bring my car in at 9am and pickup at 5:30pm same day. The service Dept. replace the water pump and all the necessary parts that require to repair the over heat problem that I have at no cost to me. Thanks for the good advice from Mr. Kenny Ellert, and the mechanic who is perform the repair from the service dept. Thanks

Lithis Chevorlet
I just purchased a new 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn edition from this dealership. Robbie Dixon was my salesman and he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Let me walk you through my experience there. I showed up at the dealership at 3pm and walked the lot for 20 min looking at the vehicles they had. I then went inside their nice building and was greeted by a salesman who asked me if I needed help. A buddy had told me to talk to Robbie Dixon, he just bought a new Ram the week before. Robbie was busy helping another customer but the salesman (Robert Ezzell) who greeted me honored my request to see Robbie and got me a cup of coffee while I waited for Robbie finished with another customer. After 20 minutes, Robbie had me come back to his office and asked me what I was looking for, my price limits, and a few questions a about my family. He printed off some specs on a few vehicles I might be interested in. We then got in his truck and drove the lot. He was completely honest with me and told me the best price they could do on each vehicle. He showed me the options and didn't pressure me towards any particular vehicle. Once i found one I liked, he got me every discount he could, dealer incentive, active duty discount, and USAA. He also worked with another bank and got me 2.24% beating my pre-approved loan of 2.25%. I drove out of the parking lot at 6pm with my new truck. Robbie was with me as well and took me to the gas station and filled up my 32 gallon tank. Issues: due to Alaskan winters, it was dark when I accepted delivery and we missed 2 things with the truck. A chip on the window which my wife found the next morning and the rear power window has issues closing. I called the dealership and they pledged to resolve it. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Pros: $47k truck MSRP, paid $37k with an 8 year bumper to bumper and a rhino bed liner. That should attest to how this dealership does business. I will update this after those two issues are resolved but I know they will do right by me. I would recommend them to anyone in the market over GM auto sales (bought a new car with them 5 years ago and had nothing but issues) Lithia is where it's at.
